Saw this on Facebook. Went to place my order. The password thing was confusing. Requested password and it sent me an email saying to CLICK HERE. I did. It did NOT say to WAIT for the password which is coming in a second email. I stumbled my way through that and felt like a 1st grader - LOL. Finally got registered - I think - Maybe - I hope.

Then this is really messed up. ****Unfortunately one or more items in your cart can't be shipped to your location. Please choose a different delivery address.****

Select shipping option of USPS Priority Mail - ""undefined", yet this is the only method offered ???

I put in my credit card number. Lord only knows where that information is right now. I can't get the order to go through. I have no idea as to how I am going to pay for these items in my cart or how I am going to get them shipped to me. It won't take my address. Our address is a PO Box. Sorry, but we do not have home delivery in the town I live in.

This is frustrating and creeps me out that my credit card number is in the system - somewhere...I hope it is safe. What is going on here? The old website worked better than this new one. Did my order go through? Do you have it? I don't have a confirmation number...I really don't think it went through.

Tell you what, Mike. If you find it in the system, why don't you just cancel it for now. I can come back later and place it again when the website is repaired or something.

I had to get a new password and then change it back in my acct. details but it worked. Like the site design a lot better. There's actually a "view cart" button now. Hated that on the old site. I had four Buzz's in my cart before I figured out how to view it on the old site when I was trying to order my Buzz.

I like the site allot. Easy to look at in black. I did like Paula and kept going round and round with the password thing untill I got my first password sent to me. This morning I looked and there were three passwords in my email. I still got on with the first one. Us old fogeys are slow to this stuff.
I really like that little count down clock.
