Notcigs.com - pretty frustrated with my order for a Buzz

Edit: Everything has been worked out and it seems this was just a 1 time mistake that they made and I will continue to do business with them.



Well after my Tornado pv Broke and I was never sent a new one from totally wicked back. I decided to Finally buy a Quality PV.

Looked around a bit and Purchased a Black Buzz kit from Notcigs.com. No where on the product page did it say anything about having to build them to order So I bought the Buzz instead of the infinity which said it took 10days to build because I have nothing to vape at all.

So I ordered my Black buzz On the 8th which was Tuesday. I kinda hoped to get it before sunday so When I seen it was not even shipped out yet on the 12th I tried contacting them from the form on there site.

I got a response from mike saying that they have to build them and it should ship out Monday the 14th or Tuesday the 15th. I was Pretty upset because it didn't say anywhere when I ordered that they had to build them but I was glad that he atleast assured they would ship it out by Tuesday The 15th at the latest .




So Today is Wednesday the 16th and nothing has shipped yet and I check my email and there is one in there from Terri from Notcigs.

She Informs me that They have no Black Buzz's and Offers be other color choices.
SO I picked Blue which I guess will do not the color I wanted but at this point I just want something to vape.




I still have Nothing to vape on and my patience are running thin.

My big concern is that Ok they have to build them i can understand that BUT It took them 8 days just to figure out that they have no black ones!?... What were they doing for those 8 days??..


So I also Have a question to anyone that has order a Buzz from them before How long did it take for your order to ship out? I would like to know if this is normal.

BTW: I'm not talking trash on Notcigs or anything I hear they make great products and I can't wait to try out my buzz I'm just upset that things have taken so long. Hopefully this is just a 1 time thing and other peoples orders will be faster.

If you can provide me a name or Order number I will look into it ASAP !

Being out of black was 100% my fault I was told we were out and I forgot to update the website ! we have been very busy lately and I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you , I will also update the web site to reflect that we DO NOT ship immediately and have to build the product to order/.

Looks like My Buzz Will arrive today and I am Just glad to receive at this point.

I understand everyone makes mistakes and its not easy to admit when you do so I appreciate you admitting the mistake.

I will still do business with you guys and I have no hard feelings against the company since everything seemed to have worked out fine now. As long as there are no problems with my order when I get it today.

Its good that you are updating the site hopefully now you won't get any messages like mine :)
The Nam on the Order is Jeff F. btw. It has already shipped though and should hopefully be here today because it was shipped 2day mail to make up for the issues.

Thanks for replying and I will chalk this up as a 1 time incident and have no issues with your store.
