OK right on the page that you use to reset your password it says " Change Your Password
Fill in your email below to request a new password. An email will be sent to the address below containing a link to verify your email address. When you click on that link your email address will be verified and you will then be emailed a new password. "
so you get a VERIFY link then reset the password THEN you can log in !!

I created a new account. I said I forgot my password and it sent me a link to click to change it. It then said a new one would be sent to me, but after 10 minutes none came, so I just used my other email address and created a new account. I also ordered and tried to pay with a credit card, but it would not go thru. I then selected paypal and it worked fine. I hope you got the order!!

I think they are in the testing status of this new website. I don't think they are ready for orders.
Buzz maybe you should amend the thread to state not to order yet!

Yeah, I didn't know that. I clicked the link and thought it was all set up. Thats why I am hoping he got the order!

Paula it is NOT LIVE yet that is why we are just testing it , I do NOT save the credit card info so it was like you never entered it .

I'm definitely digging the new website, it's clean and pretty easy to navigate but you may want to use a slightly larger font for the text under the categories on the left side of the page. The new low low price on the BUZZ makes it even more accessible to the masses, keep it up Mike!
I agree on the text. it's hard to read but My new glasses are in so I should be fine. That is if I wear them.
the way things are going it will be the OLD site , then It will change . I would like to use the new site but it and I are not ready ;.

It doesn't recognize my account on the new website, wouldn't let me request a new password.

Most everyone had the same problem; you need to click the Forgot your password? link and get it to send you a new password.
Salem do like the rest of us. Click forgot password and they will send you one but first they will send you a link to ask for a new password again. It takes awhile for the password to show up.
It says that there is no account registered with my email. The new site doesn't like me.
