Ok, so I just got my order of Boge cartomizers from litecig today and they're ok. I'm am wondering how you're supposed to know if you're low on juice though? And how do you fill them without it leaking through the bottom of the carto? I'm also having problems with it spitting back at me... It goes away after a few vapes so I guess I'm just putting too much juice in it? My last question (I promise!), can you clean these things? I've been using atomizers and cartridges with my 510 for the last couple weeks... Now it seems like I have to go through a whole new learning experience to get my vape just right!:blush:

The simplest way is to stick a round wooden toothpick in the air tube (the hole in the middle of the filler) and drip drops into it until it puddles and accumulates. All you want to do is insert the toothpick far enough to seal the air tube. Gently ... don't force it enough to break the tube. When it sinks down into the filler, do that again. Eventually the juice will not sink in anymore and your can use the bottle to suck out the excess. Wipe it off and blow it out into a towel from the large end and out the threaded end. Check it periodically by pulling off the cap or drip tip. If the filler is white, add a few drops slowly. If it's still grey, you can wait or drop just a couple of drops.

Another good way and one I use with all new cartos is shown in the video below.

The biggest sign that you have to top it off is when you notice a decrease in flavor. Generally, that's anywhere from 10-15 drags before that happens. Topping off is only 5 drops. Something like 10 drops means that you waited too long to top off.

Some people depend on the drips on the bottom of the carto. As a sign that it's been properly filled. They blow the carto out to get all the access out of there before vaping. Boges only hold 1ml of juice. So, you can drip 25 drops or use a syringe to fill up the carto at first. You might not even have anything dripping out of the bottom if you fill it this way. Then let it sit for 30 minutes before vaping. This will give the juice time to saturate all the filler material. As well as the cotton that is wrapped around the coil. That is the most important part since that's the first to burn if the cotton is dry.

If your getting juice spitting back at you then your carto is flooded. As I mentioned earlier, just give it a light blow and get some of the access juice out of there then your fine. Your carto should be working a lot better after you have done that.

Anyways, I don't clean my cartos anymore. But, yes you can definitely do that if you want. Just boil them a few times (for 2-3 minutes) until they don't have any smell to them anymore. Some says that it takes a day to dry. Which can be true in some cases but, it can also take as long as a week to dry. Some people put it in the oven at it's lowest setting for about 20 minutes.

Don't throw away your atomizer yet. You can also use it to drip. Which is pretty easy to do but, it does depend on your e-cig.

    Leaking?--Blow it out.

Low on juice-- loss of flavor, dry hit, burning taste.

Spitting juice-- blow it out(too much juice), or use a drip tip or a carto-tank.

It's just a little learning thing- you'll do fine- Boge's are great. If you're willing to try a carto tank, you won't have to worry so much about the carto- just keep the tank full.

Carto-tank:::Tanks - Mom and Pop Vapor Shop

It's a carto with a tank wrapped around it. fill the carto some, then just fill the tank after that- only got to mess with the carto once.

It will go on your 510T battery, but you remove everything else. You can still keep those parts handy for testing new juices instead of filling up this whole cartotank with something you may not like.

Don't worry about all the questions- we all had alot also.

Oh, I have a 510, not a 510T. Are the batteries the same on both models? If so, I might have to give one of those tanks a try...

Anyway, I tried y'alls suggestions last night and I'm vaping like a fiend. :vapor: I really do like these cartomizers...

yea its the same and I will second the tanks from mom and pops. They are cheap tanks and dont leak as well as perform really well. Its a great set up for people who are interested in tanks. Plus they are very easy to fill up. If you like vaping from cartos then a tank system you will love.
