I am a bit impared but had to respond. Get a Joyetech 510 atty at standard resistance drip 4 drops of juice and enjoy! If you want to be a dripper; do it at home. I used to drip n' drive, I dripped for 2 years and loved the flavor and mouth feel. I recently converted to carto tanks and find it to be enough. I'm a big fan of drippin' and will only do it in safe places. The best attys are Joyetech, Ikenvape IO6 atties and that's about it unless you want to use an RBA where you make yer own coil at the resistance you like. An atty will allow you to change juices at hand (I use 5 juices a day) w/o a lot of interference of flavors. Anywho, cartos are cheaper, tanks hold a .... load of juice, don't taste bad, and are RELIABLE. I'm all about consistancy in flavor and performance so tanks give me that. I'll always be a fan of drippin' and will continue to drip throughout my use of e-cigs. there are some tasty juices out there that really only shine in a clean atty and are not being used to their true potential because folks put them in cartos, tanks, and clearos.

I don't want to completely hi-jack this thread, but I am also interested in dripping and have some nuts-and-bolts questions:

I'm currently using clearos on Vision Spinner batteries. What else besides the atomizers will I need? Do I need a drip shield? Do 306 atomizers screw onto the "510" on my Spinner batteries? Also are atomizers pocketable, or will there be residual juice getting everywhere?

The cartos and clearos have been great for on the go, but I do spend a lot of vaping time at home when I'm on the computer. I figure this will be the best time to drip, as well as when I open vape-mail with new juices in it :D

The clearos are top coil, and I do prefer a warmer vape, so does that mean low resistance atties?

I want to try dripping, but would like to make sure I have everything I need so I can order it all from one vendor. Shipping, you know.

While I was typing I found this. Looks like I can just assemble and I'm good to go?

Don't really need a drip shield ... just don't go loco with the juice.

510 atty uses a standard drip tip. 306 uses the sleeve style. You'd be good to go with that link.

Copper Creek has Cannon tips for $3.00 and 306s for $6.00. The 306s aren't Cisco, so I don't know if they are the same quality, but for the price they might be worth a try. Atomizer - 306LR 1.8ohm

I just started dripping 2 weeks ago and bought 2 different color Joyetek standard resistance 510. They are short. I use a tank? I drip my tank periodically now influenced by dripping atty results. Got to learn but its easy. Love the vapor/ flavor I can get frm the first few drags. I use the atty for my " top shelf" vapes and to test DIY. I'm about 5 months in to vaping and have started to slow down. So when I do vape I like being being able to get my fix on the atty with top shelf stuff, 36 mg stuff then keep 24 mg in the tank for casual follow up enjoyment. I just bought a 1.5 ohm ( low resistance) Stingray attomizer that sounded good in review. So adding dripping is a win win deal

I have been dripping for over a year now and have seen a number of changes. If you go with a 510 atomizer, non rebuildable, I would recommend getting a drip shield. As a note, I wouldn't drop more than about 4 drops into/onto an atomizer that is prebuilt because if you do there is a good chance it will leak unless you vape like a train. Now, the setup I was using is as follows, just as an example.

510 to 510 sealed adaptor - This will keep liquid from coming through the bottom of the atomizer in the the well your atomizer connects to.
cisco 3.0 ohm 306 atomizer - Just found the best flavor in my opinion
Cherry Vapes Universal This allows the use of a standard 510 drip tip on the 306 atomizer.
Empire Mods Drip Shield (I went with the hex drip shield, it says it is for 901 but with the 510 to 510 adaptor, it fits like a glove)
and my drip tip is/was a ceramic tip as it reduced heat and seems to withstand chain vaping where the drip shield would heat up enough to actually cause rain drops to vaporize as they hit it.

This is just my setup and when people are interested near me I usually recommend either a 510 or a 306 atomizer along with the setup above. Recently, with the rebuildables, I have been using my phoenix and that allows me to drip up to 10 drops and be fine. Last note about atomizers, always vape them to the point there is no excess liquid left. Not dry, but not overly wet to keep it from leaking while you are not using it. As a rule I use, if I don't plan to touch it for over 30 minutes I vape it down but if I plan to use it every minute or so, keep it wet and ready to go.
