Im looking to add my own concentrate to an e cig vs buying them for a lot more.
rda has been recomended and from what i have seen I agree.

To say the choices are overwhelming is an understatement.
NOT having the tank leak is one of my priorities.
i would rather have a rectangular/non rolling battery that let a full day.
Many devices seem fine an randomly a review will say "it tastes burnt"
obviously, taste and draw would be paramount.

If you are building your own coils, the dealing with a 'burnt' taste is going to be on you. It will depend on how tight you put your wick through the coil and other factors. The nice thing about doing your own, you can play with it and figure out what is the right way for You.

There are many box shaped devices that are available and will still be available for a couple of years (hopefully).

I will let others tell you about tanks and such.

If you are new to vaping, a RDA might be a little advanced for you. Building your own coils (rebuilding) is not that difficult, but requires specific knowledge about Ohm's Law and lithium battery knowledge and safety. I'm not trying to discourage you from Rebuildable Atomizers, but you need to do your homework first.

Information Resources for Your First RBA

For your first e-cigarette, I recommend something simpler:

There's a lot to learn about using e-cigs before getting into rebuildables. Not saying you can't do it, but it will be a lot easier on you with a simpler setup. You'll thank me later.

I've ordered from My Freedom Smokes a couple of times before. They're a decent supplier from my experience.

The Smoktech Catepillar is a two post rebuildable atomizer. As I said before, if you have never vaped before, jumping right into rebuildables may not be advisable. Be sure to do your homework should you still decide to rebuild. Why are you interested in vaping. Are you trying to quit smoking, or are you planning to use this as a hobby?

You haven't said what "mod" or APV (advanced personal vaporizer) you are looking at. My advice is to avoid a mechanical mod for your first until you become more knowledgeable and experienced. One of the regulated mods (electronic) is a better choice for a beginner.

Regulated mods are available with an internal nonreplaceable battery, or available with replaceable batteries. The second type will require you purchase a box charger and high quality 18650 batteries. The information you'll need is below:
