New To E Cigarettes - I need some help

I'm thinking of purchasing a E Cig starter kit, but i don't know any good website that sells e liquids that are cheap and ship free.

please give some suggestions.

I don't know about e-liquids in S.A. but what sort of hardware is on sale there?

(I've heard a few horror stories about sky high (extortionate) prices.....)

I can send you a link to my local shop here in the states if you don't mind shipping they are reasonable on price and use high quality components. I'm sure there are places closer to get it though on your end of the globe.

Bulkejuice .com has a sample pack of 5-5ml bottles that cost $12 including shipping. That's where I started because I didn't know what flavors I would like. You get to pick your own flavors. I signed up for zamplebox .com too but I haven't gotten it in yet. That's $30/month for 60 ml and the flavors are mostly random. And they send you more every month
