Hello! I bought an njoy about two weeks ago, after reading extensively on this site and others. I was really, really looking forward to getting my e-cig, and am even still very excited about the whole concept. However, as much as I want to like smoking this thing, I have some concerns... I was hoping that I could share my concerns with more experienced e-smokers, and get a little feedback.
First, it seems to make me cough quite a bit, which I know others have posted about, but for me the cough seems to last even after I've stopped smoking my e-cig. It also seems to come with a very sharp, dry, mildly unpleasant sore throat. I smoke still, hoping I'll get used to it as I did cigarettes, but I don't remember taking this long to get used to real smoking...
Secondly, I have a few concerns with the device. Nothing serious, but a few things that might have quick fixes you all could share with me. For starters, the device gurgles when I take a drag. I don't know why, but I don't think it is supposed to do that. In addition, it seems like I go through my cartridges much faster than the documentations would suggest that I should. I don't think the atomizer is the problem, as my first one didn't work, so I now have a replacement that they checked before they shipped.
On that note, I just want to take a moment to say that I thought njoy had really wonderful customer service. Nice, helpful, intelligent, and very easy to work with.
Any comments or suggestions anyone has for me would be greatly appreciated. I really like the concept of e-cigarettes and really want to make this work for me. Thanks!
Addition - I am now thinking about returning my njoy (I'm still under the 30 day limit) and getting one of these KissBoxes everyone is talking about. I'm a little nervous, though, as I can't return it once I've opened it, and buying it and shipping it is quite an expensive endeavor for a kid in his twenties in the US. Can anyone give me a reason not to do this? Is the KissBox really as great as everyone says it is??? And if I do get the KissBox, should I get the classic or the yentl? Is there a drop in quality with the smaller size? Help, please!

my atomisers all gurgle or whistle,its perfectly normal.the whole 1 cartridge = 1 pack of cigarettes is nonsense,its simply not true,i really dont know why they persist with that(maybe the new kissbox HD ones are closer).in my experience its 1 cart=approx 10 cigarettes.sometimes more or less depending on the cartridge-you must make allowances for this(njoy cartridges are way overpriced anyway).i used to smoke 15-20 roll ups per day,yet i use 2-3 cartridges per day.the coughing is caused by the propylene glycol,which is the stuff that makes the vapour.many complain of dry,sore throat and coughing for the first week or two of e-smoking.however,some unlucky people react badly with the substance-i believe this is relatively rare tho,but only you know how you feel about it.take a while to get used to it,and give it a chance.its not like normal smoking.
