Hello,
This is my first post, I hope its a good one.
I have been vaping on and off for about 6 months. My first eCig was an Joye 510-T which I bought on the advice of a friend. I enjoyed the device but the relatively frequent charging was problematic because even with a charger in the car, I would sometimes find myself out of luck and with no vape without access to my charger. Also, I found filling the tank to be a bit of a mess, considering how often you need to fill it and the occasional leak or spill just was too much of a mess for me.
After a month or so of vaping, I relapsed back into classic analog cigs. But, after the holidays I began to think seriously about vaping again. I picked up a Blu disposable, and enjoyed it, so I went back to the store where I bought it and got the PCC kit.
I like the PCC set up and the no-fuss convenience of the cartomizers. Unfortunately I have begun to experience a problem with a burnt taste in my last 3 cartomizers. I don't know whats up with it, and it wasn't a problem until now. My tongue also feels like maybe I burned it a bit.
So the taste of the ejuice is almost non-existant between the burnt carto and the burnt tongue. I've changed the carto and taken easier steady drags from my blucig and still in the first 10 puffs I got a burnt flavor.
I have been storing the cartos in my PCC upside down from what the pictures on the Blu website show. By this I mean with the plastic cap on the "battery" end up and the part that comes in contact with my lips down. I do this because the little caps on the "battery" end tend to get stuck in carto storage holes of my PCC.
I only use pre-filled BluCig Cartos.
I was wondering if storing them upside down like that would cause my problems, or cause them to prematurely burn out.
Thanks in advance,
-Melk
PS I have a eGo with a DCHV Mega Carto in the mail which will be for home use (in case you are thinking "Just use a better product than Blu") but I will still want to use the Blu PCC for work and leaving the house to be social.
