Hi, I'm super glad that I came across these forums! They seem to be a great resource to e-cig users. Anyway, I started vaping on a trip to Vegas back in 2009. A pretty girl on the strip was demonstrating them. Tried it, & I loved it! I started with the Vogue 401 brand, and a few months ago bought something a little smaller that fits in a cute pink case (think 1970's cigarette case). I've even turned my mom on to vaping. I LOVE being able to still have a drink before dinner at a restaurant & still get my nicotine fix on. The same goes with after dinner. I don't really have intentions to quit smoking cigarettes, but who knows.......?

been recently buying fluid at a local flea market to reload, and I find supplies are few and far between for the model I have.

I'm glad to be here!

I think that I stayed on analog for so long because my first kit wasn't right. I would end up with a mouth full of juice & this was way before I figured about refilling. Like I said, I really only vaped when I was at a restaurant or bar that I couldn't smoke at (dave & busters, chilis, etc) . I'm proud to say that today i'm 4 days without analog!! The joye 510 is wonderful. I've already received a nice little collection of juices, and am waiting on more to come in the mail. I actually can't imagine smelling like an ashtray ever again!

The Houston vaping scene.........it seems to be appropriate to vape in restaurants & bars. At work, I just walk into the bathroom. I'm a nurse, so I don't think vaping in the break room would work out too well. The Galveston vape scene seems to be pretty good too! One night while eating dinner at an outside cafe beach front, my son was being eaten alive by mosquitos, and the restaurant manager came to our table and put "off" on my son so that the mosquitos would leave him alone. I vaped the entire time he was at our table and not a word was said.

My mom also works in healthcare, at a major hospital system in Houston. She openly vaped in her breakroom only to receive an email the next day that the hospital system was referring her "personal vaporizer" matter to their legal team, and that she should not use her vaporizer until the legal team has sorted it out. I'm a little worried, because this could set a standard nationwide for hospital employees if it goes the wrong way.
