Hello and welcome to the forum. Glad to have you here!:)

I am not familiar with your setup but here is what I usually recommend to members who have problems with a leaking tank.

To fix a flooded atomizer take your tank off the battery and blow through the mouthpiece (with a paper towel under it or cover the airflow hole). This will drain the extra eliquid.

When you inhale, take a long smooth draw vs a short sharp draw. This will prevent extra eliquid from being pulled into your coils and flooding it. Inhalation technique with an e-cigarette

Whenever you first sense that your atomizer is beginning to flood try this:
1. Open up the airflow so when you take a hit you are not pulling in as much juice into your coils (if your tank has airflow control) .
2. Raise your voltage or wattage if your battery allows you to do this. This will vaporize more eliquid.
3. Tip your battery up (and take a few hits). By tipping it up you will prevent more eliquid from being fed into the coils.

Give one or all of these a try.:)

If you've followed all the advice on their webpage and contacted customer support and still have issues, I think the only way to fix it is to replace the tank. It sounds like a bad seal stopping the vacuum performing correctly to me.

You don't have to stick to only their versions of tanks though. It's a 510 threaded device and pretty much all the more popular brands like Kanger and Aspire will fit it. You might find that you'll get much more satisfactory results using something else. It will also be less expensive to buy replacement coils (I see they are charging $13 for 3 which is top dollar for what it is)

I don't like suggesting someone replace something before troubleshooting, but in your case, I am assuming you have worked through everything on their support page linked above. If so, it basically means replacing it might be the only option.

Yes the customer service support at volcano told me to buy another 2 tanks and see if that fixes it and sure enough within a few hours leaking again or maybe i should say a flood at the threading of the tank and the battery mod threading.

thanks for the advice on the matter

i'm trying to keep the warranty in good shape but it is looking like i'm going to go to a aspire nautilus tank

ive had very bad experience with volcano, I live in hawaii so im able to go into their shops and actually speak to people in person not just through email. And trust me the customer service doesnt get better in person. I got so fed up with their bullsh** that I started getting into mechanical mods... never looked back, now im at the stage where im using regulated devices like the istick and even the vaporshark rdna 40 and honestly its worlds different in vape quality.

The Nautilus (or mini Nautilus with the new BVC's) is a GREAT tank.

That is the setup I run and I'm not sure what you use for juice but I had that problem once in a while. From what I have found is the 3.5ohm coils are the problem. If you haven't already try running the 1.8ohm coils they sell in it haven't had a bit of trouble sense I switched. Also on another note if you are going to a B&M they will try to argue that the 1.8ohm coils are not for that tank just tell them that's what you want and try that route.
