Here's what I'd like to say.

People who vape as an alternative to smoking say " a good e-cig is one that works for you and keeps you off smoking."

This is true... but not all e-cigs are the same and not all e-cigs work because some are rubbish. Often, the rubbish ones are the most expensive and users find they still smoke - this is often called duel fueling which is fine if you want to dual fuel. It's definitely NOT fine if you are spending lots of money and want to quit smoking, but it's not working.

In 2016 there are going to be laws restricting what e-cigs we can buy and how strong the liquid. Unless somebody can stop this, choices will be very limited. Most of the liquids and tanks will be gone... banned. :(

A lot of young people are taking up vaping (when they were smokers previously) and there are some important things to remember.

1. There is some very powerful equipment out there. People using high powered e-cigs need to be careful they don't get used to vaping high strength nicotine liquid because it won't be around forever. If the EU ban high strength liquid and tanks, nobody wants to be more addicted now than before.

2. If people vape on "cig-a-like" e-cigs from Tesco or Morrisons, these will cost a lot of money and these companies are in it for extreme profit, not to sell a good product.
E-Lites, Vype, Blu, Vuse, Nicolites are stupidly expensive and some of them are next to useless.

3. Blu are a tobacco company (so are E-Lites,Vuse and Vype) but Blu are actually supporting the EU ban. Please tell everybody who buys e-cigs that the more they support tobacco company e-cigs, the more powerful these companies will become and the worse the choice in the future.
Ideally, nobody should support Blu e-cigs and Vype. Somehow, we have to stop the tobacco companies taking over e-cigs.

So.

1) take it easy... e-cigs are in trouble so don't go mad... what we have now won't last, probably.

2) cig-a-likes are more about making millions than selling a good product... if they work, fine. If not... get a refillable.

3) boycott tobacco company products.

If you can remember some of this and tell people, that would be helpful.

Thanks. :)

I mean 12 and 18

12 or 18 is good on a medium power e-cig.

I started with 24mg on a cig-a-like and it was no good.

Then, 18mg using an EGO + Vision V3 (like a CE4 with replacement atomizers)

Now, I vape a lot of 6mg liquid in higher powered kit. I mostly use 12mg at work, as I can't vape with huge clouds... :)

also is "red wings" by vivid a good flaver

Some Vivid liquids are a bit rough to be honest.

I like what Vivid are trying to do, they are based in Aston in Birmingham, near me. Trouble is, they are another company selling 80p CE4s for £4.99. Crap.

Red Bull is normally hard to wrong with, really.

I enjoyed this energy drink I must say. They gave me 3 flavours to review. ALL were great! :)

They do MULTI BUY.... don't bother getting just one bottle at a time i.m.o.

No, you can refill whenever you like of you don't mind mixing flavours. Most tanks work better filled before they are too empty.

Your other question is more difficult. 1 ml of 18mg liquid is 18mg of nicotine before you vape it. You won't get 18mg though, more like half that at most.

That's your body telling you that you have taken in too much nicotine. I've done that a few times in the beginning.

ok btw can u explain what a mod is to me

Mods are also called an Advanced Personal Vaporizer (APV). It is a "battery holder" for rechargeable batteries, essentially, which you can attach an atomizer to. It can be a mechanical mod, a regulated mod (variable voltage/wattage), or a high wattage regulated mod.
