Greetings! I am new to this forum. Just wanted to say hi and apparently i have to post in the new member forum before i can do anything else. Having a few problems with my new Vamo V5. Wanted to see if anyone had any advice. On rms setting at 3 volts my vamo is outputting 3 volts, however at 6 volts my vamo only puts out 3.8 volts. Any ideas? Thanks for any help!!

Don't be concerned about the New Members posting requirement - all sorts of stuff gets addressed here.
So - what do you mean by it only putting out 3.8 volts when set to 6 volts? Are you testing the 510 connector output with some kind of meter? If so - that won't give you a correct reading here. A VAMO has PWM output and standard meters - including almost all of the ones that screw onto 510 connectors - can't read the voltage of a PWM device correctly.

Have you activated the RMS NO2 mode yet
Hold down the down button for 10seconds it should show NO1, release, hold down for 10 seconds should toggle to NO2

Like Rick said, any device that measures the vamo output directly will likely read incorrectly due to its pulse width modulation.
