Im new to the vaping world, and completely switched over from analogs from day 1 of my E-Cig arrival. I purchased an Auto V4L KR808 kit..I love it, but ive been buyin here and there from other vendors as well. I bought an extra " Manual" battery from Easy Cig..I disassembled carts from V4L and CigEasy and they were BOTH IDENTICAL in everyform and fasion. Im wondering if there is any difference in there batteries, cause CigEasy prices are WAY lower than v4L, but V4L is just as competitive on there juices. Im making my own juices "DIY" juices now, so thats no biggie. But does anyone have experience in differences in battery vendors? cause V4L CLAIMS to have better batteries and are a lil different, but they also claimed that on there Carts, which i found was NOT TRUE...:?:

Hi redryder1! I hate to tell you but, a kr808d-1 is a kr808d-1. I don't think it matters which supplier you buy it from unless they have a better warranty. Each one has its own prices just like any local retailer does. Like you said, V4L has more competitive prices on the juices. So, if you were buying batteries + juice, then it only makes sense to save on shipping costs and use them.

If you are looking to buy just a battery, or just juice, then you search for the most competive price. Most of us run into this dilemma pretty frequently. My favorite juice supplier doesn't have the greatest prices or selection on hardware. And, my favorite hardware supplier doesn't have good juices.

One rule of thumb is that the bigger (mah) the battery, the better. If it's the same mah, then it should be equal.(That is, as long as you are using suppliers listed on this forum that have decent reputations.)

I asked one vender the voltage on there batt. Im sure they will get back with me tomorrow considering its the weekend, but i know V4 is 3.7 volts, and there pass through is 5 volts. I dont really know what the MaH is on either battery..I can tell that the vapor production is about equal on both though. CigEasy has better prices on hardware, starter kits, and carts, BUT as you said V4L has better selection over all and are a bigger company and have better prices on there Juices. Its not as cut & dry as you would thing..LOL

Getting the best deal for your e-cig stuff online is really no different than buying stuff in the real world. You have to shop around sometimes to get the best deal. That's why the vast majority of us buy from more than one vendor. Sometimes one will have a better deal than another, sometimes one will have what you want in stock when another one doesn't. I just made three purchases last night from four different vendors; one for juice, another one for atomizers and cartomizers, another one for an adapter (and I had a gift certificate to pay for it), and the last one for drip tips and a hot spring for my mod.

That's just the way it works for us right now. Very few are lucky enough to live close to a vendor and even they still have to make purchases online.

Im seeing that more eveyday. So far in the past week ive only spent around 220.00 bucks, but im pretty much set for next few months technically, but every chance i get , im lookin at flavors, mods, carts, juices, DIY sipplies. etc.. I can tell this is becoming a hobby.. As well as excitement from the benefits of not smoking analogs.. Im like a kid at Christmas, due to the fact that Ive wanted to stop smoking for 17 years and nothin cud even come close to helping, but the day that my E-cig arrived, i never touched another analog.

It was like that for a lot of us, red. Myself included. I thought I'd never quit and honestly didn't think vaping would work, either. I just wanted to be able to get my nic fix without having to go outside or in the garage. I became an "accidental quitter" the day I got my Riva. I haven't looked back since.

It does become a hobby for a lot of people. Just take a look at my signature! There are quite a few people here who are collectors, and have an extensive number of devices and/or juices. I like being able to have multiple vaping options using different voltages and atomizer types and I'm very happy with my mods. But, I will never forget that my Riva is what got me started and I will also be quick to recommend it whenever someone asks about it.

Thats so funny Woman of heart. I can recall very recent standing on my back porch or in the garage, smoking in the freezin cold, or intense heat, or outside around the corner of after church, or after eating having to run outside to smoke while leaving the rest of my family at the table cause i needed that "fix". Just the fact of convenience and health, is satisfactory to me, even if the prices were the same as analogs..The price of vaping is an added BONUS ;-)
