I am new to RBA deck. Had it for maybe 2 weeks. Just wondering how often do you guys personally change your cotton wick on your device? I think mine is losing flavor at 566 puffs. Just curious to see what you guys say.

Thanks

How many days is 566 puffs for you?

My cotton and rayon wicks last anywhere from 10-15 days with DIY flavored juices and nearly a month when I vape unflavored.

Juices are all my DIY recipes. None use sweeteners and I don't vape NET's. Many of my recipes have less than 10% total flavorings, most are less than 8%.

Usually my builds are single simple coils with 28g SS316L on MTL RTAs, and im vaping with temperature control or not (it depends on the mod) , my e-liquids usually are quite clear - cleen because i mix them by my own, so i don't change the wick, im doing brand new builds every 2-4 tanks / 10 - 20 mls, because i feel them quite dirty when i see them after this type of use... ! I have quite similar MTL RTAs so i vape them in rotation... some times i build them one by one or all together, on my RDAs with similar builds with thicker wire, im doing the same thing i made brand new builds when i don't like the looks of them, so far this type of vaping - use work pretty good for me !

I found out my mtl is over in day or two. I just check the wicks before every refill, if it has gotten brownish or burnt I change and clean coils aswell before filling up.

My mesh rta is a whole other kind of beast, it depends on how successful the coil placement and wicking is, sometimes it can last weeks to months.

Whenever taste and/or vapor output is lacking/drops.

While many times I simply need to 're-prime' the wick to get both flavor and output back, I usually only rewick when the coil gets gunked up.

    Then its dryburn, rewick, prime.

It might be weeks or months for that to happen. Depends on the type of juice and how much I've used that setup.
