New to RBA first coil is okay but somethings off....

Right so I found a nail which was abit smaller not sure if its 1/16 but it certainly is close I wrapped like 11 wraps with 30 g works out to be 2.8 ohms though but put apple on it and it vapes beautifully! Starting to understand the awesomeness of rba's now but I want the perfect 1/16th so I can get proper microcoils!

will check it out now thanks only thing I worry about with all this is the fact that the atty gets REALLY hot quite fast which gets the top of my vamo hot too, guessing rba tanks would not cause hotness on the top of the vamo because of the tank in between right?

Rodeorat you say more air would mean more TH but wouldnt it be more air is less TH ? When you have the airhole in front of the coil it reduces the TH so having it bigger would mean less TH? I may try dual coil though, just it would rinse through juice right? haha yeah im interested in trying out the ribbon wire may have to order some

Drifter I did try looking for 1/16th drill bit but could not find it the closest I could get was a phillips screwdriver I think roughly 2mm, will have to do until pay day when I could get a 1/16th drill bit lol Should I wrap like 6 times then with them all touching to get this? or is this basically just normal coil set up but I just did it with a drill set up lol so I have not yet witnessed the awesomeness of microcoil yet? wow its gonna be good when I get there then lol The coils are pretty much touching though

Nope until you get to 1/16" diameter of slightly less you haven't experienced a micro yet

Sounds like you've got it working well, but just to answer. Nic level is a major factor in throat hit. I vape 6mg since I'm shaky enough without nic. When I said loads of TH, I guess I meant a big hit loaded with vapor and flavor. Since the vapor is so full, the TH is full too, but not too harsh. And yeah, it obliterates your juice supply.

If u have a e-liquid bottle with a needle tip or a juice syringe, that'll be pretty close to what you need for a good micro.

I did try one around my syringe needle but it felt too small as was hard to thread the cotton through maybe needed to give it more attempts as I give up thinking its way too small lol I've just found a 1.5mm drill bit if that's good? It's got a big bit that slides into a drill tho so will have to twist it through the rigid parts of the drill bit to get it off lol gonna give that a go today but like I said may have an rba tank soon as I'm not liking the hotness of the atty affecting the top part of my vamo
