I had a plume veil it was pretty sweet while I had it. The mutation x v2 is pretty solid as well. But currently I have the subtank mini with a .7 ohm rba build. I highly recommend the subtank mini.

Have to admit, I can get just about any RBA to vape well when I have 30W to work with. I also recommend the 30W istick. Not only will it work better for you, its just a better mod. It has a better chip and better 510. Trust me, its worth the extra $10.
Spring for the extra wattage. It won't be long before you wish you had haha. One of the ipv or sigelei minis should get you off to a great start
This is more or less my setup, I run a mutation v2 on my IPV mini V2. I'd recommend the mutation or any other RBA with 4 posts as they're pretty easy to get the hang of. Only took me 2 tries out of the box to mount a decent build.
I don't think the 10w would even attempt to fire . the 20 only goes down to 1 ohm and I need to make it 1.1 to insure it'll work consistently.
Istick 10w is not the friend of Plume veil... Better use vw such as Sigelei mini, smok xpro... Anything that has around 30 watts and able to read below 1 ohm build
Before a RDA, I suggest you to pick an Eleaf Lemo, to try out the rebuilding thing. You know, the lemo is not that expensive, but the quality actually is great!
