For me anyway, the answer is: Why not? Nicotine isn't the reason I quit smoking--the tar was.

I would expect it to be readily apparent that the word buzz refers to the affect that nicotine has on the human body and brain. No more, no less. Everyone has a different word to describe it and that's the one that comes to mind.

Regarding health effects, I tend to be suspicious of pneumonia or the buildup of fluid in my lungs due to vaping. Given that nobody in 20 replies has indicated such, I'm not real worried about it

The only side effect I've had was horrible headaches. But once I started carrying a water bottle with me all the time and actually drinking from it, that went away. I think as long as you stay hydrated you'll be good. I've been vaping for over a year now with no other effects other than I can exercise a lot more now without running out of breath.
