Hello everyone,

I have been a cigarette smoker for almost 30 years.

Recently I decided that I was done with it. Tired of the hacking cough, the constant sinus problems, spending a fortune in cigarettes and the list is endless.

I have a small vape, a Geekvape N30 . It is great, it works like a charm, but I am having one issue.

Whenever I go to fill it up, I end up getting fluid everywhere, and end up spilling stuff on my hands.

I have watched dozens of videos on this, and everyone else seems to have zero issues with a fill up.

Is this just something a newbie to this has to learn how to do or is there a trick to it ?

Did anyone else have this problem when they were new to vaping.

My tank does not leak, it is the filling up that is the hard part.

I mean I can try, if the link does not go through, then it just does not :) I have no problem taking it apart, have no problem assembling, it is just when I go to fill up, I end up spilling fluid, I was hoping it might be something I would have to practice with ?

By the looks of this YouTube video you may just need a little more practise with. You'll get the hang of it :thumb:

To me, it sounds like you are squeezing your juice bottle too hard while filling and causing an overflow.

Try filling your N30 slower (as Territoo said).

Don't squeeze heavy when you fill the pod or you will end up with juice all over.

Angle the fill port end of the pod higher when filling.

Thanks everyone, filled it today and NO spill ?
Sounds like you've got it, but in case it ever helps, I always hated trying to use the plastic tips that come with the bottles, especially those klutzy big fat hard bottles that have come to predominate the market these days. Even before that, with the slim plastic tips, it never got any easier for me. I started to buy plastic LDPE bottles with needle tip caps. They're really cheap by the dozens. I don't even try to re-use them, for sanitary reasons. I transfer the liquid through a small funnel into the LDPE, screw on the needle cap, and when it's used up, it goes into the recycling bin. I also use the little sling that goes around the neck of the bottle, before the cap goes on, with a needle tip cover on the end of the sling. It keeps the dust out.

Anyway, the needle tip is easier to see, with more precise delivery of the liquid.
