I'm having an issue with my Mini Vivi. I always fill with a needle tip and am always careful not to over-fill so I'm not sure what is causing my issue. After several hits, sometimes I'll get a gurgle and then very little exhaled vapor. When I remove the tip, the top metal cap is full of juice. I end up having to clean the top metal cap along with the tip. It's getting rather irritating seeing as how I'm losing quite a bit of juice this way. And I'm tired of carrying around q-tips everywhere. Anyone have any suggestions?

Double check the little metal flange inside the rubber sleeve on the air vent tube is positioned correctly, if it's an authentic vivi nova it will be flat on one side and concave on the other...also snug the top cap down good, but not too tight
I have the same issue I tried everything but still it doesnt work (I thought it is a clone even if I believe the seller is not the type to sell fakes) I think the problem is with the silicon cap on. when you tighten the upper part it presses on the silicon and sides loosen. As warhawk stated closing the upper cap until it touchs the silicon avoids most of the problem.
Get a Protank, whatever size or model, it'll be a bazillion times better in every way.

Forgive my ignorance, I just started vaping not that long ago. What air vent tube?
central metal tube going up inside the tank...when you draw it allows air to flow past the threads up thru the "vent tube" past the heated coil drawing the vapor into the tip and into your mouth
"vent tube" might not be the proper technical term...it's what I call it...I guess it's better than calling it the "shiny metal air so you can get your puff on thingamagger doohickey"
