What's up, everyone, my name is Andy. I'm new to this forum but not forums, in general. I'm in the military and I've been vaping for about a month now. I started out with v2 cigs which were decent and have just received my new ego starter kit (smok tech) from mad vapes along with some of the smok tech dual coil cartos. So far, so good, I'm loving the much improved hit and vapor I'm getting from the ego and dual coils. I've been using a few different liquids from mad vapes (top flavor) and so far, I'm pretty happy with them so I just ordered some more. I can see eventually picking up a mod but I'm trying crawl-walk-run rather than crawl-run.
So anyways, just a few things about these batteries that I had to learn for myself (madvapes didn't quite have it right) and figured I'd share for those interested in this setup. Reading reviews on the batteries, a ton of people claimed they were DOA. Both of mine function just fine but if you press the button five times in a row, it powers on/off. If you try to hold the switch for more than 10 seconds, you get 3 flashes to protect from overheating. If you get 8 flashes, it means the battery is getting low.
Anyways, looking forward to being a part of this community. vaping is soooo much better than smoking analogs.
