I love my setup with an small ego one battery and a nautilus mini metal latticed tank. It's slightly thicker but shorter than a pen, but doesnt look like a saber and fit neatly in a small woman's hand. People tell me it looks quite stylish, but it still has a lot more power and larger tank than normal pens. Its also versatile - as people above mentioned you might want to test out better gear later, and both these parts are flexible (ego-one can sub-ohm).

See below. And I have tiny hands

There are many vape 'pens'.

There are very few genuinely good slim vape pens. You would do better to buy a wider vape pen or a small box mod.

It can be done, but be careful if you choose to go this route. I have seen 'nice' vape pens that should cost $29.99 on sale for $119.99.

Got to love those 'brands'...

Not so long ago, the brand that called themselves #1 rated sold a $119.99 vape pen that they said was a special price and should be full price $279.99

It was the same $29.99 e-cig!
