Thanks for posting that picture Dave. What I think they are trying to tell you is that the product is poisonous to fish, do not discard near water. Let's just call it a translation problem. In the Bay Area there are warning not to litter in the gutters because they drain into the waterways and your pollution, like cigarette butts, can kill fish. Take a minute to figure out what all the symbols mean. Dekang is well respected.
