Exactly. I could careless about how much they know if they're a @$$, cant be bothered with questions they find stupid, and care more about money than the customers making them money. Can always find information and the same products for less money online. I have no problem spending a few extra bucks to support a ma n pa shop that values there customers. If they want to keep their business instead of losing it to online shoppers, they have to offer something to keep customers shopping there. Customer service goes a long long way in most peoples eyes.

Truer words never said. I used to work in retail. Mens clothing store and shoe store. I once sent a customer to a Dept store for a pair of shoes we didn't have, but I knew they did. Even told him to tell them our price and they would match it. Well the assistant mgr was appalled! Sending customers to another store! IMAGINE!!! But guess who came back 2 days later with his 5 kids needing footwear for school. Assistant mgr said.. nice sale.. you were lucky. I said no, I was professional.. that was the guy I sent to the other store who came back with his 5 kids. Customer service will make or break a business.

So i figured id give an update. Im off the cigs thanks to you guys and your great advice.

I absolutely love my smok osub plus 80w. Produces amazing flavor and great vapor. For the price, i cant see a better mod out there for this price. I cant believe its only 10-$20 more than the cupti and 100x better. Filling could be a little easier since the drip tip can be a pain in the @$$ to get off but other than that i love it.

The cupti is alright. The coils suck though. I havent really had an issue with spitting or flooding lately, it jus doesnt produce the same flavor, or anywhere close to as good as the smok mod.

There's jus no consistency to it. Sometimes it produces a decent flavor, most of the time it doesnt. The coils also burn out much quicker. Even before they burn out, sometimes it produces a harsh or burning taste, then a few puffs later i may get a decent flavord puff or two.

Doesnt matter if i run it on wattage or temp, i cant get the same flavor as i do out of the smok. I can throw any juice in the smok and it does well. The cupti is a lot more picky with what juices you run through it.

So my question, are there better coils i can use with the cupti that will produce a some what similar taste to the smok? Ive been using the CLOCC 0.5 ohm ss coils. Idk if im ready to build my own coils yet. I mean im sure physically i could since im very mechanically inclined, im just not confident the knowledge is there yet and may blow it up or screw up the mod lol.

Id rather try with the cupti since i have no problems w the smok so im not going to fix something thats not broken, im close to ditching the cupti so may as well give it a shot if theres no other coils that will work well i may as well try it, and it also automatically adjust for the coils so it shouldnt do too much damage if i dont do it right, if i mess it up oh well im not taking a big hit since i got it cheap so may as well give it a try before tossing it if theres no other coils that will make it work well.
