Hi All, Name is Dave. Live in the Chicago Area and was a 1 ppd smoker for over 30 years. Started vaping about 2 months ago using the NPRO 4081 ecigs from a local convenience store. Have since tried refilling the cartos with juices from a couple of vendors. That did the trick! Found a few juices that I really like and work well with the lowly njoy NPRO. Have almost completely gotten off the analogs. Down to 2 or 3 per day! Thinking about an EGo now for better battery life and a manual switch plus easier refilling cartos. As my user name implies, I like Muscle Cars and hotrods.

Thought I would join rather than lurk here as I have been doing. Great Site you have here for this stuff!

Put a LR atty or carto on an eGo and I am willing to bet those last few smokes will be a thing of the past.

Thanks CBB! I have been looking at just that combination. An EGo with 900mah batteries and LR cartos. Several vendors seem to have some nice looking kits for decent prices (I think).

Go with LR cartos. I really like the IkenVape XL line, but they sell out fast. If there are any 808s left you can buy a 510>808 adapter and that should work. Easy to fill, last a long time!

Thanks WOH! I've noticed that the assortment of equipment available is a bit overwhelming! Through lurking here though it seems the eGo 510 is a good system and was thinking that the LR cartos seem to give some extra capacity. It is a pain to refill those little NPRO cartos and they only hold a few drops anyway. Definitely want to upgrade to something longer lasting and easier. Looks like the LR is a decent move.

Thank you classwife! I just went ahead and ordered an eGo kit with 900mA manual batteries, some refillable cartos and other stuff... Plus some new juice flavors. So, ready or not I will be a 510 owner. I only got 5 LR Cartos (Is 2 ohms LR?) and 5 3.2 ohms to see how much of a diff there is. They all hold way more than what I was using. I liked my 4081 fine however and will still use it when more stealth is required. Have managed to keep all my original cartos running so I have a couple of options now. It worked very well with the thinner liquids too.

Thank You Landlord (I like your avatar) and Swedishfish! I only smoked 2.5 analogs today and am really getting to the point that
I hate the taste of tobacco! Reading info on this site got me headed in the right direction on many areas. Plus the success stories from so many people here inspired me to keep trying even though vaping with the NPRO was discouraging at times. Learning how to deal with those darn auto switches to increase battery life, re-filling of those little cartos and finding the right juices for me were the keys to making it this far. This site was absolutely the right place to find out all the answers! Thank You All!! BTW, the juices I really like are Mad Vapes' Fried Apple, Minthol and Root Beer. Haven't had much chance or the money to try other vendors yet but these three main liquids keep me vaping happily and forgetting analogs more every day! Looking forward to getting the eGo very much!
