I started about 6 months ago with a Kanger evod and upgraded to a topbox mini. Got tired of breaking the damn thing so went to the eciggity mini V2 or V3 can't remember. Enjoyed building on the eciggity and wanted to get a new mod considering the new laws are coming into effect. I went for a cuboid from joyetech and I was wanting to know a good dripper that will work well on this mod. Also I've been looking at clone they're quite a bit cheaper would like to get this for under twenty bucks. This will mainly be used for at the house any advice for this kind of setup would be helping thank you.

I bought half a dozen different rda's on fastech and my favorite turned out to be the SV clone so it's the only one I use so I have several. $7 on FT. I do MTL and single coil builds. That is what the SV is for. It's a bit fiddly to build because the posts are both vertical with a nut and screw head for traping the leads. It took some practice to get good horizontal coils on that but it's easy to control leaking and the flavor sensitivity is outstanding.

Welcome!
I would try the Griffin 25 or the better yet Sense Herkakes RTA-2.. The Griff vapes great but it's a little tricky to wick sometimes..
The Herk is EZ to build, big juice channels and the best airflow I found yet in a RTA..
Both use the velocity style decks which makes installing your coils super easy..Anyway, good luck and vape on!

Hi,
The Wofoto Sapor RDA is less that $14.00 at Fasttech. It is not a clone. Try are very easy to build and wick, it has a deep well and top air flow. I have been using them every day for months and they just don't leak.
#2 vote for Sapor. This rda lives almost permanently on my Joyetech mod. Somehow it's just better quality than clones of more expensive originals.

I suspect (because I have by no means tried them all) all the drippers being recommended perform well if you've got your coil & wick set up well.

And now for something a little different.
I recently got the Ice Cube. I've got a lot of juice flavors and in spite of having about 14 different atties I haven't near enough to handle all the flavors I have. I like to be able to switch juices almost from vape to vape so I was looking for something that would allow me to do that. A taster/sampler atty was what I was after as I'm too lazy to be constantly rewicking and some juice flavors just don't mix well with others. Also when trying out a new flavor the last thing I want to do is have it mix with an existing flavor.

What I ended up with was a single 'U' shaped upright coil (the coil forms a cup like structure) that I could put a small amount of cotton in that can easily be pulled out and replaced in a couple of seconds. The cotton is there, inside the coil, to hold the juice but it dosen't extend out the bottom of the coil and only out the top enough to form a nice fuzzy cotton button on top to drip onto. So the wicking dosen't actually wick from anywhere and does not extend down to the juice wells. 3 drops equals about 6 good vapes. The advantage to the Ice Cube is 1) it pulls apart easily and quickly with no threading so it's easily to open to drip/change cotton, check its dryness etc, 2) its housing is clear and you can see what's happening inside, and 3) it is painfully easy to pull apart, rinse, dry, rewick and get going again in a couple of minutes. Oh and it does produce good taste and good clouds just like the rest do.

So now I can sit and enjoy as many flavors as I want, check out steeping juice, or even revisit those I wasn't fond of to begin with, with no hassle, little effort and minimum time involved between vapes.

My recommendation would be the Velocity clone from Eciggity. Velocity RDA Clone by Tobeco $17

It's an inexpensive first RDA with two posts for single, dual, or quad coils. Huge deep drip well, spacey build deck with large holes in posts to fit wires in makes it easy to build any kind of coils, excellent airflow options for either a mouth-to-lung or direct-lung draw. Comes with a wide bore drip tip, and an adaptor to put your own favorite drip tip on. Available in 5 colors. Qualifies as both a flavor and vapor RDA.

There are many authentics that don't break the bank. my recommendations would be, in order:

1. Twisted Messes V1 (might be a little outside your $$ range but this is what I started on.)
2. Sapor
3. Mutation X V4/V4S (S is the two post)
4. MAKO or MAKO War from beyondvape

And the rest I have are clones. I love my Tobecco Velocity and "Flawless Steamboat," either of which I have no problem recommending for a beginner. The steamboat has pretty small post holes though.

Truly, many RDAs are very much the same other than their top caps and a few variety of decks. Look for one that seems good and you can afford, get it, and start building. That's really all you can do.
