Hey i just got a disposable e-cig in the mail today, someone i go to school with vap's and i decided to try it, and its not to bad. I was just wondering if anyone had any advice to give, suggest brands, flavors, etc. Also when smoking this should i smoke it like i would a regular cigarette...as in taking all the puffs i would with a reg cig, or should i just take it one puff at a time?

flavors are pretty much trial and error til you find one you like... i suggest VaporBomb.com
As far as brands or hardware, i am a huge ego fan and i use Cignot your Midwest Electronic Cigarette store.
I dont use the atty and cart setup anymore, but use cartos which at the moment i am getting from Vapor4Life-Because it's your life - E-Cigarettes/Smoking Alternatives

Hey thanks the technique thing I new abt the long drag but not the primer puff, would anyone have any spare flavors sitting around I could buy? Also when I asled about smoking it like a regular cig, I meant is i t safe to take puff after puff. Thanks
Yes, you can take puff after puff...I think most people on the forum have found they vape a lot more than they ever smoked. As far as flavors for sale, try the classifieds or sign up and become a member of the Pay it forward sub-forum.
