ok i have an ego-t and i dont completely understand the whole leaking thing but ill give you a rundown on what i do, first i make sure the tank is clicked into the tankomizer, ALL THE WAY, thats important, second, dont suck really hard at all on them, just suck on them like your drinking a coke from a straw, not hard at all... third after you release the button keep sucking for a few seconds extra to assure your getting all the remaining moisture / juice. thats what i do and i am fine with it for over 2 weeks on one tankomizer. others have more intense knowledge on the matter like positioning the wick.... etc, and if my techniques dont help you than others might have more extensive knowledge for you...

I've had a couple of leakers...I think it just happens sometimes...good tips from Zach, there...when you refill, do you pop off the end cap or fill with a syringe? I've heard that popping the cap on and off can eventually cause some leaking...I use a syringe, or a bottle with a needle type end attached, and fill thru the pierced hole, leaving the cap on...
The beauty of the ego tho, is that you don't have to be stuck with the tanks. Lots of options for the batteries...you could try some cartomizers if the tanks get to be too much of a hassle...clouds of vapor sells a dual coil carto that works great, and Ikevape sells cartos also...keep at it...good luck.

I start using a new tank when it starts leaking. I think the hole gets stretched out. It's best to use a tank with the same atomizer, not switch the tank between different ones cause they may not be aligned exactly the same. The tanks come with hard or soft caps. I have found the hard ones leak after a while. The soft ones you have to make sure the tank actually gets pierced or you may run you the atomizer dry and burn it and they pull out too easily. A new hard cap works best for me.

The nice thing about an Ego is how many ways you can use it. You don't have to use the tanks. Try cartomizers and dripping which were the most popular ways to vape before tanks came along (and probably still are the most popular ways).

Try some good basic cartomizers - Boge 510 soft-caps and you can use the standard resistance (about the same heat as the tank atty) or the hotter harder hitting LR ones (the LR ones will use up your battery charge faster). I get them at LiteCigUSA.net and they also have drip tips there for dripping on the atty (and I use the little colored plastic drip tips as a mouthpiece on a carto too).

I have also had the leaking with the Ego-T's and not only can the carts leak but also depends on what juice you use, seems the higher the PG content or the thinner the juice is the more likely it is to leak, If its leaking between the atty and bat it is more than likely the juice. I currently use mine with a MAP Tank and works great!!
