I'm using 3mg nic juice
Hey there, you might want to consider some stronger juice, 2 packs a day is no joke (I recently quit cigs so I know the story), and 6mg would be a heavier, more satisfying nic hit to help you kick the habit for good. Just my 2 cents

I have a bottle of 6ml god nectar. I'm doing ok with the 3ml juice. I played with different coils and settings seems to be getting better hits. Every day gets easier
The hardest one was wanting a cigarette with my coffee. Found a great mochaccino flavor juice. Now I just vape my morning coffee

now don't beat yourself up for the occasional smoke...5 years smoke free and sometimes when i get overly stressed i've had a smoke...just smoke your cancer stick and then get right back to vaping, maybe even getting a higher nic for those days cravings are worse
i'm surprised at 3mg you're doing good...shoot when i first started I was way up and over 38mg
it was a quick drop down from there though to 24mg once i got all the other stuff out of my system that comes with cigarettes
i'm now at 3mg but it was a process for me to get there then again hehehe i also was able to give up sweets with vaping so that's a nice added bonus

Oh, sorry to hear about the Smok. Don't waste time getting yourself a good backup device. You can get many recommendations for good reliable gear from this forum. Just ask.
Hello and welcome to the forum. I'm surprised that you are using 3mg/ml. When I started sub-ohm I was at 12mg/ml. After about 4 years I am vaping at 5mg/ml. I would recommend a backup with a bit higher nicotine, however, if you are successful follow your lead.
He's doing direct lung at higher wattage, though, so could still be intaking a good amount of nicotine.
I kinda agree though, when I stopped smoking I wanted the high mg stuff because it mimicks a cigarette a bit better, throat hit and more direct nic fix.
Some new vapers who do DL inhale also keep a high nic pod or device with high nic around for when the cravings get too strong. Sounds like a good plan to me. Physical habit is quelled by vaping as much as you want at low nic, nicotine habit satiated with an occasional high nic vape.

Going from 40 Cigarettes/Day to 10 in Two Weeks is Great. Keep Fighting the Good Fight.
And if the Only thing that is keeping you from Smoking more than 10 Cigarettes right now is that Mod you have in your hand, Make Sure you have a Complete Backup Set-Up as well as Coils and e-Liquid.
Welcome and glad you joined.
You going to do just fine. Since vaping is totally scalable, the choice you have can be overwhelming. The main thing to remember is, part of vaping is all about you the vaper, being in control and the freedom to fix/tailor any aspect of vaping you feel you need to improve upon. The down side is if your like me, I'm always trying to get the perfect vape. This is half the fun.
