New to vaping and getting sore throat...?

at first i bought some really nasty stuff cause there was no tasting at the local tobacco store plus they only carry like 6 types of liquid. It had 24mg of nic, when i posted here i couldnt hardly use it at all everyone said to drop the nic, but my friend said to try higher VG content liquids thats when I found VirginVapor and ordered a bottle of 12mg 100% VG mix now im blowing clouds big enough to produce rainstorms but also i got 100% VG 24mg nic and can vape that just as easy but dont like the flavor of the kind I bought lol. I had the same issue with a sore throat when I started and as you can see from the many responses, it's quite normal.

I'm gonna need to do something, getting too sore to vape :-( Gonna get myself some new flavours and see if that makes a difference to my very sore throat and chest. Maybe higher VG and lower PG and Nic will be best, from what I've read from you guys this might be the way forward

I can't stress enough how important it is to stay hydrated. Drink plenty of fluids, alcohol doesn't count.

I've seen a lot of people warn me about dehydration, so I'm making sure to up my water intake It got really bad yesterday and I couldn't use my e cig at all, very nearly bought some cigs but decided to go to a vape shop straight after work and see what they suggest. It was a totally wicked reseller and after trying some different liquids, I bought an ice menthol at 10mg Nic and I've been vaping that fine with little to no sore throat and chest Glad I went there and found something that works. I didn't wanna quit quitting lol Thank you all for your advise and support. It definitely helped me to look at other avenues yesterday and not go back to ciggies!
