If your in it for the hobby, like a lot of us are, you'll want to be building your own coils.
If you want the latest and greatest the DNA40 is a good option, but there are other boards that will go higher in wattage if your after cloud chasing. I like my DNA40 bottom feeder it's the perfect everyday allday device, but if it's massive clouds your looking for you'll need something else.
Then it's a question of what kind of topper to use. Tank or dripper. IMHO RDAs are better as they give more flavor, the nice ones have adj airflow, they aren't prone to leaks, easy to build on, and their not top heavy. The down side is that you'd have to carry a bottle of juice, and actually drip. If that is an issue you can look into bottom feeding, all the benefits of dripping but not the hassle. I'm not aware of a DNA 40 BF device for 150$ though. I built Gdeals DNA BF mod and parts alone cost me at least 220$.
The SVA BF looks awesome, but it has it's own set of querks, and a 350$ price tag.
So for your price the vapor shark and a good rebuildable tank clone would be a decent mod. I would hold off on ordering a DNA40 device until the chips installed are v1.3, right now some of the 1.1 and 1.2 chips have a bug in them that's been fixed in 1.3, why roll the dice, right?
