New To Vaping, Have 2 Questions...

Hi! I'm brand new to this. In fact, so new that I haven't even officially vaped yet!

I ordered a V2 Economy Kit from V2 Cigs and am waiting for it to arrive. I'm also considering ordering some e-juice from want2vape, particularly their tobacco flavors.

Question 1: I ordered 5 cartridges of V2's "Red" flavor and 5 cartridges of their "Sahara" flavor. How do these flavors taste? I'm looking for a generic, rich tobacco taste. After reading some of the reviews in the 'Natural Tobaccos' thread, I'm thinking I may be needing to try some other ejuices, as V2's flavors may not quite cut it. Does anyone have experience with the V2 flavors?

Question 2: Are the regular V2 cartridges refillable? Once I've smoked through one of them, can I fill it with e-juice from another manufacturer?

Hi and welcome to ECF. I can't help you with flavors, since taste is very subjective, but I do suggest that when you start future threads you might mention the product in the title. If it says "V2" chances are people who use those types of e-cigs will read it.

I use v2 cigs when I go out, but I prefer their Coffee flavor have you tried it? I find it's delicious...
by the way, I don't want to burst your bubble, but V2 is having a 20% off sale monday and tuesday, and you can actually even combine it with a 15% off coupon resolution2013 to get 35% off... maybe you can ask them to give you the rebate anyway? or cancel and reorder

I've never tried refilling them but I bet it would work a couple of times with these cartos...

Flavors are going to be very trial and error. Luckily they are pretty affordable.

The liquid reviews section of this site is going to be crucial.

Flavors are very very subjective..everyone taste is different..
there is section named "E-Liquid Reviews" but u cant get there until u get 5 post in New Members Forum..
maybe after that,u can make a thread there..

I started out with V2. I got the Red in High and Congress (the blue one) in Med. I found the Red to be quite harsh on throat hit and liked the Congress much better. I tried the Sahara and found it a bit odd. It had a lot of incense like flavor. The coffee is ok...tastes like strong coffee. Mint was nice...like wrigley's gum....their menthol is pretty good. If you want a smashingly good tobacco try the Joy tobacco from My Vapor Store in the supplier's list. Also recommend their Menthol Sensation....best menthol ever. Hope this helps. V2 Red has a nutty taste to it. But taste is subjective. Forewarning, your cartos might leak juice into your mouth. Mine did.

And, no, their cartos are not designed to be refillable. You would need the blanks or the clearomizer from them for that

V2 was my first kit and Red & Sahara were my favorite. Congress wasn't too bad either.

I should note that I've purchased all my carts with 0 nicotine. Does the lack of nicotine significantly affect the flavor?
