Having smoked a few analogs with friends/family here and there over the past few months I decided I was either going to start smoking cigarettes or start vaping. For obvious reasons I chose the latter.

I have no issues with it, in fact I quite enjoy it.

So here's my dilemma-
My local gas station had the e-cigs "Vuse" so that is what I purchased. I thought these things were the greatest thing in the world. After 4-5 puffs I can feel a pretty strong nicotine buzz, and because I'm not a habitual smoker I stop there. I'm only in it for the effect, not the act of actually smoking.

After doing some research I found that vuse has a 4.8% nicotine level, which is apparently extremely high. What I want to know is if there is any kind of ridiculous health risk for a person who is not accustomed to nicotine, but uses A high nicotine concentration in small doses. (I use it maybe 3 times a day)

I enjoy smoking it, and I've never fealt any unwanted side effects (no headaches, nausea, ect.) but I would like to hear the opinion of someone who knows more of what they are talking about than me.

Please understand that I am not a doctor, and the following remarks are based solely on my personal experience.
I have READ that one would have to vape at 5.0% for the body to absorb the equivalent of a regular cigarette.
I smoked 2.5-3 packs a day of full flavor. I know what a nicotine buzz is.

I chain vape 2.4%. I burn through two 18350s or one 3400mah 18650 daily.

I have NEVER gotten a full nicotine buzz vaping.

Bottom line, in my opinion, if you are stopping when you feel a buzz you are okay. However, it is a drug, your body will want more as it is addictive.

Everything I have read/researched is that nicotine and caffeine are identical in the way the body sees them. Although it is my understanding that caffeine is stronger than nicotine per mg. I have asked several MD's and have been told essentially they are the same in the body.

If that is not correct I hope someone can provide a link to confirm :)

Not to rain on your parade, Alex, but why in the world would someone want to smoke cigarettes or vape nicotine if they aren't currently addicted? It just seems to me to be the dumbest thing in the world to do! Is it peer pressure? (Then get new friends.) Do you feel like your body is just too healthy? Why mess with vaping why not just go to the strong stuff and be really addicted? Do you want to just throw money away and give it to the purveyors of addiction? Do you think it's cool? Believe me, it's not cool either way, analog or vaping. I vape to stay off of analogs and I hope to get completely off of nicotine n the near future. Find a different hobby. Your body will thank you in a few years. By the way, Dumb & Dumber To" started this weekend in case you're interested.
