New to vaping, wanted to know more

Hi i'm using the s22 tank by jac vapour with the series B Tilt mod. I wanted to get more clouds. I like the taste that the s22 tank gives me compared to some of my friend's vape tanks and mods, I think one of them was the innokin or the vaperesso. I was wondering if anyone knew if I could use a different coil with the s22 tank? Or can I only use the brand's coils? I have the MTL 1.0 ohm coils on rn, but ive ordered the 0.5 ohm DL from jacvapour just to see the difference

I don't know the tank either but it seems to me trying the 0.5 coil would be a fine idea. Typically, there is some sacrifice between flavor and clouds (at least, some believe so) although it really depends on quite how sub0hm you want to go. If you are enjoying the 1.0 coil though, 0.5 and the correct wattage and etc. should (in theory) about double your clouds (most other areas being equal). You may need to lower your nicotine some, but I'm not really sure, you'll have to experiment.

I'd say start there, and as others have mentioned if you want to go really sub0hm, there are tanks for that. Some require wattage ranges that your mod may not support for very long, given it's a single battery mod and etc.

Best of luck,

Anna

The 0.5 ohm coils theoretically should provide a little more vapor than the 1.0 ohm. May also need a little more wattage and drain your battery a little more faster, and vape through more e-liquid. That's the price we pay for sub-ohm vaping and more clouds.

I have to add I don't use the S22 tank by JAC. I do use the new JAC Vapour series B DNA75W.

I wanted to get the series B DNA75W as well but it was too pricey for me. Which tank do you use?

Just be aware that airflow is an important part of the enjoyable vape puzzle. The higher the wattage the more airflow needed to keep the coil temperature in the enjoyable range. Depending on your settings (watts/airflow adjustment) with the new coil you may need to adjust your inhale style to create more airflow.
