INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 cup Prosecco, chilled
1 1/2 cup orange juice, chilled
1 1/2 cup pomegranate juice, chilled
mint leaves, for garnish

DIRECTIONS:

Combine the Prosecco, orange juice, and pomegranate juice and pour into Champagne glasses. Garnish with mint leaves and serve. Must surely be, at least slightly healthy, with all that fruit juice!
