Hey guys. Would like your input on our new design cartos. Already got some in another thread but think it should be a sticky!

One thing I'll go ahead and say is the plastic cap is too hard to remove.. Working on that, trying to convince them that a silicone/rubberized cap would be a great thing (though the condom fill method works wonderfully!)

I ordered one pack of these blanks over the weekend and got them yesterday ( super fast shipping, btw..thank you ).

I refill using the easy-cart-condom method and these cartomizers hold more juice than the KR808's. They hold almost a full cart condom full of liquid on the first fill up. This was surprising and I was pleased with that right off the get-go.

Vapor production is more with these cartomizers...in my opinion..very smooth flavor and i actually think it makes my juice taste stronger.

I am very pleased with these cartomizers.

Those little caps are hateful suckers, i wanted to get one off just to see the insides...i pried and pried with my little handy tool ( curtain hook w/ bend) but that sucker is on there to stay. Couldnt get it off and I was afraid i would break it..so i gave up.

Since i refill the easy way this wasnt a problem but if you refill by the regular drop method, this may be a problem.

I am extremely pleased with these cartomizers..so much so, i ordered more :)

The only downside I have with these is the hard to remove white cap. I am working on a way to remove it without breaking the whole carto, I think it was a fluke, but the first one I finally got opened the whole atomizer ripped out, but I think I stuck my tool too deep.

I love these carto's Vapor production is great, flavor is great, throat hit is really good without being harsh. I do like to do a double capacity mod (which isnt REALLY needed with this carto) but I like it. Plus I like taking out the white cap and even sticking a 901 mouthpiece cut down inside the carto since I tend to heat up carto's alot. I hope we can get this minor issue fixed, but still well worth the money.

Are the caps glued on? If so, you non-destructively remove them. There is a thread on this, but out of respect for Ben (since it's in another manufacturer's subform) I'll just give you the gist. Boil some water, and using tongs or something, dip the mouthpiece end in the boiling water for 45 seconds. When done right (not left for too long), the end caps are reusable just like normal and all is good!

Re-posting this here:

I received my carts yesterday and am very pleased with the. I ordered the Carolina Tobacco in 18mg strength and some blanks. The Carolina is a very strong dry tobacco taste, don't really care for it too much, the throat hit is good and has great vapor production. After vaping it for a while I added some vanilla tobacco that I had mixed up and that toned it down quite a bit. I filled one of the blanks with some VG orange/cream, It used about 2/3 of a condom full. That one produced great vapor and great flavor, although the juice itself is quite subtle in flavor. Overall these are great cartridges, looking forward to additional flavors.

Okay, I FINALLY got mine (grumble grumble...USPS...grumble)

BTW, Ben shipped these out WAY fast, so it's not his fault they took longer than expected.

Well, I filled one up about an hour ago, and holy crap it holds a lot. I used V9's Vanilla Vice (good juice, by the way!) and put 37 drops in the condom. My thinking was too much is better than not enough! Well, it took all 37 drops and at the end, juice was barely peeking up through the battery hole. I slowly removed the condom and found that the hole was clear, it was NOT overfilled. Wow.

I have used V4L's premium cartos, so forgive me if it's not welcome here, but I'm comparing with those. Flavor density and vapor production compare favorably, both producing way more than 'standard' cartos. Using a freshly cleaned V4L premium and a new V9 blank, I filled both with the same juice, TV's Atomic Cinnacide. In this case, the v9 made more vapor and had a better TH, as well as holding 4 more drops of juice. I'm not sure if this is because one was a refill, but there you go. I will say that Ben's new blanks work on my passthru, and the V4L premiums do not, possibly due to a technical problem with my PT, but it makes me happy nonetheless.

I talked to Ben on the phone, and he told me that he isn't done making improvements on these, and I'm looking forward to future updates because these are already FANTASTIC. Home run, Ben - well done.

I'd be happy to see more easily removed caps in the future that wouldn't require the boiling trick, but that's just a 'nice to have'. I'd also like the option of ordering color options (LOVE the racing stripe idea, keeping overall black), but again, I can live with it just the way it is.

Thank you Ben, for excellent service and a great product. You can expect more orders from me in the future.

ETA: if you have experience with the V4L premiums, these blanks DO have the same snap, crackle, pop going. Love it.

Thanks so much. I was so worried about the new shipment- going out on a limb with a brand new supplier but I'm very happy that they are thus living up to my expectations from the samples and the back and forth I've had.. And even with the last minute design changes, seems they turned out great! The draw with our newest batteries is PERFECT.. Anyways, I gotta get back to these orders..Got some backorders to get out.

If anybody posts a review on the video or other video forums I would love to see it if you'd post the link here.

Thanks again folks and stay tuned..Always trying to improve and bring you guys the best!

Hey Ben, I just had another idea for people that want to label these things. Shouldn't be too hard to order these with just a single white stripe or area at the bottom, right? Perhaps a lower cost to you, and certainly you could keep a smaller inventory (rather than multiple colors), then we could label them ourselves. It keeps a sleek stealth look, but easy to tell flavors apart. Something like this:

I have a few questions.

How do you clean the cartos if you can't get the caps off?

Where are these carst located on the site? Are they prefilled or just blanks? And............they do fit on KR8's correct? That may sound stupid since it is a carto but I thought I remembered something about a problem with KR8's and these cartos.

Also,to Ben,

Are you going to get different colored ones?

Thanks in advance.

Hey Skydragon,

All the cartos on the site at the moment are the new ones, blanks and filled. These do not have any problem with KR8s, 100% compatible with autos as well as sealed manuals- Kanger as well as our new and improved batteries.

I think we're going to do a small colored ring opposed to fully colored in the future, they're just black for now :)

Hi Ben,

Thanks for answering. I look forward to the ringed ones.

Oh, can you tell me how to clean the ones you have if I can't get the caps off? I usually rinse them and blow them out blah, blah, blah. Thanks.

You can get the cap off. I boiled some water and held them with tongs so just the end cap was submerged in the boiling water maybe a couple millimeters down. 45 seconds later and the cap popped off like normal, and I scraped the glue out from inside the carto.

As far as cleaning, you can go your usual route once you get the cap off, or you could boil them to clean. I've heard to use slightly less than boiling water to prevent the filler from expanding too much and destroying the carto, but I haven't tried this yet. Will let you know when its time.
