Dspin, I also agree. Tubes cant stay in place on tanks only with o-rings, thats why the most of them leak. And if they fall down all the liquid will come out. Thats why I make the tubes threaded. Your proposition about steel window as standard is not bad at all

I've been teetering on the edge of over spending for a used UFS lately, and was just wondering if anyone can confirm that new ones are on the horizon.

Anyone have an honest ETA for when they'll hit CoV and other distributors?

In the meanwhile, Bruce has told me there may be some of the new dct map tank mods available this weekend. Thinking about ordering one and having him throw in whatever adapter (if any) is needed to use it on my ss ggts. This way, I'd have something to tide my juice feedin' urges over until the shiny greek stuff comes out, and have a spare tank to boot. But...

1. I was reading about para's mod on the older map tank mod that allowed it to use the ts variable draw feature. That should work on the new one, right?

2. Could the XL carto be used with the afs v2 to achieve the same effect? The 510 is the same diameter as the kr808/901. I'm thinking it can be placed into the tank in lieu of the brass 901 bottom and the bottom o ring would hold it in place. Maybe an 510 extended would be necessary, I dunno..

3. Ah, punched cartos! Kind of reminds you of the old days, don't it? (Come to think of it, where the hell is our dutch friend Emonty?)

4. What adapter/extension would I need to use the afs v2 (all mods) in its native 901 state with the ggts and keep the adjustable draw feature?

5. Really digging the ss ggts that I received from big yesterday. Played with a bunch of attys and batty combos yesterday (That reminds me, Imeo; I don't think I can estimate the amount of time me and the staff spent admiring and playing with it. I'm sending you a bill for the lost productivity...) So far, I'm enjoying a LR 510 and an AW 18650 combo on it. Long battery life, reliability, great taste and plumes of vapor...this may be first time that I really don't mind dripping.

6. On an unrelated note, I think my compulsive numbering may be getting out of hand...

I think you should keep the UFS as it is Imeo it looks sooooo good the way it is for the GGTS, they are a perfect match for size and weight.
