Hi, just signed up to the forum but I have been reading for a while, I bought single e-lites battery I guess its maybe a disposable? and got a charger and some extra cartomizers, well anyway that was a month ago and I haven't had a cigarette since I bought it. I think the e-lites has its draw backs for sure but it got me off the real thing so I've been happy with it. I'd be interested to hear anyone elses experience of them and what folks think. I am also about ready to upgrade I think would like to get some input as to what the next step may be for me. i should probably say the e-lites battery lasts me almost a day of normal use and each cartomizer lasts between a day and two days(not really saving any money at all as i was a roll up smoker), in the interim I think I will start refilling them but I do want to find something better.

and views on these kits would be appreciated too.

510 Starter Kit - Cloud 9 Vaping

if anyone can be bothered to read this and offer some advice it would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers, Scott.

I would consider eGo-C Twist batteries instead, as you have the option to change the Voltage and find your sweetspot of taste, instead of being locked down to one setting.
You will also have more atty's to chose from, since you will be able to take advantage of different resistances..

A ViviNova tank or a Kanger T3 cleromiser is easy to fill and clean and it tastes good. :)
Good luck!

You get about 1 hour per 100 mah of continous vaping per battery.

If you're getting a day or two from the e-lites which I assume is a mini (280 mah) you might be a light smoker. The 510 isn't a bad pv for you if that's the case.

I think you'll get a 'better' vape with the ego type pvs you linked to because you can use low resistance cartomizers/tanks on them and it gives you a warmer, better vape. But you need the bigger type battery to do that. The kits you linked to aren't bad. Ego batteries are very versatile and you can use clearomizers/atomizers/carto tanks/tanks on them. That's the battery- the tank kits are very temperamental and not the most user friendly things. Especially for someone new to vaping.

I would get a few more posts and check out the UK Forum for a list of suppliers. I could tell you where I purchase a Twist, but the shipping might be expensive for you.

I'm actually using one of the ego tanks right now, I haven't had a bad experience per-say with them so far ( been using them on and off for 2 months now) I mainly use clearo's though. But all in all I haven't had a bad experience with them. They are ok for starting off but after awhile you want something that will vape more efficiently. I would also recommend an ego-twist its a VV (variable voltage) battery, I got mine for something like 30 bucks you can find it cheaper by a bit, it's a great way to figure out what voltage gives the best vapor for you.

If you don't go with a twist then look for something along the lines of a clearo/tank system kit, they are sold all around. I think there are some blister-type packs on the internet for like 20 bucks taht comes with a 900mah battery and a clearo all ready-to-go. I'll look around and see if I can find it and i'll post it if i do!

Good luck man

Thanks, are there any particularly good websites if i was looking for an ego twist starter kit?

i haven't bought that particular kit but have heard lots of good things about them, check out the forum suppliers page and do some hunting around in there, never know who might have the best deal.

Just get a 650 mah ego and find a charger to match. Buy a rebuildable vision ce5 clearomizer. These three items should only cost about £20 in total. try this place > ELiquid and Electronic Cigarettes.. maybe check out the kits if you prefer you might save a quid or two. The more "mah" the battery the bigger it's capacity therefore it lasts for hours or in your case days.

Any ego will be compatible with clearomizer, cartomizers, or anything ego or 510 threaded.

This one is a tank model. You may not hate the tanks, though, since you seem to be a light vaper. Some people report leaks with them. I was told when I bought mine to push the tank in nice and snug, then give it a twist to make sure it was in place well. I never had a leak. The problem I had was that they could not keep up with the amount I was vaping, and I would burn the atomizers frequently. And once they are burnt, they are garbage. There is no bringing them back. I know people who are lighter vapers who have never had a problem with the tanks and love them.

Yes, it is extremely overwhelming at first. My best advice is find a decent product (like the ego kit) for a reasonable price and just take the plunge. There is no way you can wade through every option and/or figure out what you are going to like best until you try it. Then, you will have other options you can use with your batteries. Hate the tanks? Try some cartos. Like the tanks but want more juice per fill? Try a vivi nova. By the time you need to replace your first batteries, you will have a lot more time here to absorb all the information, know how it is working for you and what you may need to change, and you can make a better decision on what else you may need.

And who knows, you may be perfectly happy with the egos and never want to upgrade. I would have, if I hadn't been reading these forums.
