I fiddled around with Ego batteries including the twist for the majority if my vaping as a beginner. IMO ego's are a great way to get some body into vaping to see if they even like it. I had a 1000 mah twist for a couple of months until I broke it and it worked great. Its perfect for some one who wants variable voltage for a reasonable price. Good luck man. Im rockin' a Provari now and this is the best vaping experience I have ever had.
