I just got a Jomo lite 40 and when i looked in the mouthpiece there was this circular rock like thing in there, what is it??

I have no idea. Then again, Jomo is cheap cloned equipment with low QC - can you dismantle the tank? Maybe it's some packaging?

Would help if you took several pictures (extreme close up) of it and post along side the mouthpiece.

You want to take apart all your new vape equipment as much as possible and wash it before using it anyways.

Let us know or take a pic of what it is. Oh you may not be able to post a pic yet tho.
