As you can see by my sig, I started a month ago. I started with a 510 and Johnson Creek juices. I was loving it the first week. Then I heard about Ms. T Bakery. I ordered some and after i got it, the problems started.

At that same time I was complaining about vapor production and I was told that I could add VG to it (food grade). About that time, I think I burnt my tongue on something hot and then it went down hill with the VG. After I started using the VG, my tongue became enflamed and swollen. I wasn't sure whether it was the VG or the original burn. Two days later I was scraping dead tissue from my tounge (gross).

I decided that it might have something to do with the VG so I quit and went back to straight PG. My toungue has "mostly" recovered, but I notice that if I vape a lot, the nicotine seems to burn the center tip of my tounge and my toungue (almost healed but never seeming to completely heal) has a white coating on it. I've also noticed that more foods seem to exhibit an allergic reaction in me by minor swelling in parts of my mouth. Sounds weird and i haven't seen any similar symptoms talked about here.

Any advice?

Also (unrelated) I seem to be vaping whenever I get free time (exaggeration). I vape a lot now and I believe I am vaping FAR more than I ever smoked. I would only smoke a few sticks a day. How much nicotine was in one cig? I don't get headaches much and just wondering how much (18 mg) nicotine I am really taking in now and if it is a significant concern?

Idk about the issue with your tongue . I've never had that happen and I haven't come across anyone with that problem yet. Hope it gets better soon :).

As far as the nicotine level, I wouldn't worry much about it. I vape all day with 24 mg, my pv is like my pacifier lol and I've been fine. If you are getting too much nic your body will tell you because you will get naseous and get a headache, but it will pass pretty quickly. Hope that helps a little.
