new vaper here

hey guys just figured I would pop in and say hello. I just recently received my very first e-cig, the joye 510. Ordered the no-box kit from cignot and couldn't be happier with the speed of the processing and shipment, top notch stuff.

a little about me, I play wow, love to work on computers, and I have celiacs diesease. my three loves are as follows God, my awesome, extremly supporting girlfriend, and my car a 1995 volvo 855 (850 wagon) Turbo , lol.

the reason I bought my e-cig is because like a lot of you, I really wanted to stop smoking. I starting when i was 18 and in a relationship with someone who smoked, my dad has smoked since i can remember and the way I figured it wasnt that bad. I mean if my hero can smoke and be alright why cant i? well recently i found out that my uncle(dads brother) has esophogal cancer most likely brought on by smoking and acid reflux, so i decided that i really needed to quit before I started to show health problems.

so here i am on the journey to stop smoking and hopefully be able to even give up nicotine forever. this seems like an awesome community from what i read so far and i look forward to getting to know you.

welcome aboard sng, hope the ecigs work out for you. right off the bat your significant other, like mine, is going to appreciate the lack of smell on your body from analog cigs. you jumped on the right band wagon with the 510, going to work out good for you. very easy to stealth vape with that baby, even in places where it is cool to vape I still pretty much stealth vape myself.

Welcome to the forum. The 510 is an excellent choice. I have been vaping 10 months and never thought I would quit cigarettes. I smoked for 40 years and already had smoking related problems. At first I had no plans on quitting smoking just thought I would try ecigs. But I found to my suprise I enjoyed ecigs enough to completely quit cigarettes. This really shocked me since I was a dedicated smoker and thought I would never qit.

You were lucky to find this forum before making unncessary purchases ( a lot of people lilke me did not find it before making their first purchase).
I eventually found the 510 and I loved it but after reading this forum I found mod (which provides longer lasting battery and produces more vapor and throat hit). Although these are better I still use my 510s.

thanks for the warm welcome guy and gals and as far as weather up here in Washington its actually sunny for once. the last few days have been nothing but 45ish degrees and rain:/ lol
