Thanks RosaJ. I was experiencing that too when I vape 1 flavor. I read about using Everclear for cleaning. What do you use?

Sometimes I use Vodka, but more often than not, I just use hot water and hold the coil with a needle nose pliers so I don't burn my fingers. I also rinse the tank with hot water and dry everything with a paper towel.

Sounds admirable, perhaps take your dad to a vape shop and have him sample some flavors?

I've been researching 3 ejuice brands (Liqua, Hangsen and Dekang) and have several flavors of each in my shopping cart...total flavors is 17 and counting. We may not have to go any where now. Lol. Now I got to find the best atomizer for testing flavors.

I officially made vaping a passion (at least for the moment) until something else can distract me. :) I really love my Zmax....here's the BIG but....I just watched a review on the Zenesis 2 and holy moly Batman's uncle that is way too awesome. It's even an open source design and the inventor encouraged China to copy it. I bet they will and companies like Fasttech will make it affordable to own. Maybe in the meantime I can ebay a few things and get a real one that is of course it's not sold out. :)

I figure with Vodka or Everclear it will be safe if not completely dry. I tried hot water and that works well. Sometimes I forget it's the simple and free things that work best. I did get Nolex for the battery cover threads on the Zmax but haven't needed them on the EVOD.

It's been almost half a month and vaping just gets better and better. I was traveling to a small town in TX and accidently found the first vape shop in the area. The shop was called "Village Vape" in Center. I was so excited to see one and enjoyed my experience there. I left with my new ejuice - Pina Colada. I hope many more people start vape shops in their city. I raved to the owner about this forum and how helpful everyone was. I encouraged her to join us.

I say do what you want. It's your life. It's better than picking up the real things. I do however agree with the fact that you should use the 0 nic.

Thanks for the advise. These are definitely better than the analogs.

I surprisingly made a new flavor this morning and really like it. I combined double chocolate, french vanilla and hazelnut in a 50/50 PG/VG. It was like freshly made chocolate cookies. =)

I'm officially on a buying freeze though I would like more flavors to experiment. I started to tally what I've spent and it's like getting to the checkout at Walmart. $1 here then another $1 there, now my total is $100 now it's $200...$300 and climbing. Lol. I'll keep supporting any local vape shops I come across but going to use what I have until I run out. I think I have enough supplies to last 6 or more months. Maybe a year. :) But it's the best money I've spent when considering what I've learned and how I'll use the information to help others like my dad. He'll be visiting in July and I'll be ready but if not, I'll be posting lots of questions on this forum.

Good luck with the buying freeze. It's hard to quit spending once you get hooked on it.

Yep, I'm already looking for things to sell on eBay or Craigslist. =) One day, I'll have a Zenesis 2 or whatever version is out. I've been checking out the DIY section and will plan my next flavors to mix and who to buy them from. I'm just loving my experimental mix that taste and smells like homemade chocolate cookies. When I get it perfected, I'm going to call it something silly like "Slap-Your-Mama Chocolate Chip Cookies." =)

Ignore that post, flex. Looks like a spammer.

If you do perfect your recipe, I'll give it a try.

Those guys give a bad name to SPAM. I just had a light bulb moment....What about a SPAM ejuice? I'd try it for sure!

When I was at Good Vapes, they had a Pizza flavor I tried. I kinda liked it.

Good luck with that. I have seen, but not tried, Roast Beef and Bacon flavours but not yet Spam. I'd be willing to let you try it first.

Hello everyone,

I just bought my first eGo set yesterday (and the medium level nicotine juice that goes inside) and start vaping. I have no manual, no instructions, no idea about the quantity of nicotine that is supposed to replace my usually 5-6 cigarettes/day. Of course, I’m not familiar with the name of the “parts” so if anyone has a manual or can direct me toward one, I would appreciate. How often do I need to change these “components” and what flavors do you guys prefer? I bought the one with no flavor and tastes ugly, to use an euphemism.)
Any advise is very welcome, again – newbie here, help )

Welcome to the vaping community. Just from looking at the picture, you may not be able to charger the battery if you live in CA, unless it came with a converter not shown.

I've got an EVOD kit like that and it say's to only charger with power adapter, not USB. Yours could be different.

Heh, yeah. I had to clamp down on myself too.

On the other hand, cigarettes ain't cheap. I'm actually spending a lot less money. Once I settled into my "routine", things calmed down. At first, you just wanna buy everything you see. :)
