hi all. I am a new vaper...however i've been on this forum for the past few days to research on what to get. To tell you the truth, i bought a BLU, but i had it cancelled after i read so many negative reviews. Instead i went out and bought a 510. From what i have read, the 510 is VERY reliable and puts out good vapor. I was just wondering, which flavors are the best? Back to the subject. I bought the starter kit with 2 atomizers, 2 batteries, 1 charger, and 5 carts. Is the PCC a big deal? how long do the batteries last (not per charge, the life of the batts)? How long do the batteries last per charge? I also ordered for a DPV9 USB passthrough kit. I had heard nothing but great things about the DPV9, so i am expecting a great vape. I had vaped before a few times from my friends 901. Great throat hit (i guess thats what you call it when you feel it in the back of your throat like a cig) and great vapor production (my friend is a E-Cig nerd, so i know a few things ;-) ). i decided to buy one for myself, and saw the BLU...however after reading MANY negative reviews...well you know. HAD TO CANCEL. I am just WAITING for this JOYE 510 to come and have a go.

Ahh, I ordered after only reading for about an hour, got the 901 and now am thinking, dammit, should have got the 501. oh well, the 901 is supposed to be good too.
lol. i have heard a lot of good things about the 901 as well. its not a bad device from what i have experienced. My friend has one and i took a few puffs every time i go over. But i'm a newbie, so don't take my word for it...i only got the 510 b/c i wanted a smaller device that still has good throat hit and good vapor production. These forums are really helpful.

He sits at home with the single charger and I take mine half with me to work. I vape when I need all work day and dont need to charge it till I get home. Recently I had a day where I forgot to charge before I went off to work and didnt make it all day. So I just ordered the PCC and am egerly awaiting it's arrival.
Is the PCC a big deal? I hope it will eliminate the accidental occurance of dead battery. I hope soon I can get a second kit so I will have a backup.

Johnson juice is decent but I get no flavor at all from thier juice in my 510. From what I've read thats a common issue.

Honestly, the only answer to that is whichever ones you wind up liking.
But I can't imagine how anyone could NOT like RY4, although some people don't.
Most people seem to really like a good coffee flavor.

I can't tell you because I haven't had a battery go out yet.
But I have two that are rotating and they have been charged about 100 times so far.
I could swear I read on a vendor site once that they are good for 2000 charges.
I am not so sure I am remembering that right, or that it is anything close to being true.
Depends on how much you use it.
I have had a battery last me all day a few times.
But I usually have to switch mine out sometime in the evening.
Many people need to charge them every hour.
I think some even have to charge them more often than that.
If you smoked more than half a pack per day, you will probably want a PCC and/or a passthru.

Unfortunately, I have nothing to compare it to.
But yeah, I can produce a pretty nice cloud of vapor.
And if you really like vapor, make sure to add a little VG to your mix.
I like to use the following mix...
--about 70% Johnson Creek Tennesee Cured
--about 20% Ecopure Rich Gold (VG) for extra vapor
--about 10% any number of flavors from MyFreedomSmokes
I can vape the JC Tennesee Cured all day by itself if I had to though.
i've tried the 901 at my friends house and i must say, i loved it. i read the forums and everyone said that the 510 either matches or outperforms the 901 in terms of vapor production and throat hit. of course flavor is a big issue for me as well. i ordered 4 different e liquids. i ordered Kent, RY4, coffee, and menthol. if anyones tried any of these flavors, please share experiences!
