Hello all,

So I had this post with a ton of questions all typed out and then I found out I can't post links until I have 15 posts hehe. fair enough. I will get to my questions soon.

So instead of questions I want to post a very BIG thank you to all of you here on these forums.

10 weeks ago, my wife gave birth to my beautiful daughter. At 41 years old, this is a very big deal. I noticed almost immediately that every time I came in from having a smoke outside, my daughter would fuss if I picked her up for the next half hour or so. I realized that though i washed my hands, she could smell the cigs on me, and smelling the guys at work when they come in from outside smoking I knew it wasn't a pleasant smell, so it disturbed me that this was the first experiences my daughter was having with her father...that horrible smell.

I had heard of ecigs but had never tried them. The price seemed fairly high for something I'd never even touched before and had no experience with. I don't even know another human being that vapes hehe. but I had the internet and started doing searches.

I found this forum. And I was immediately overwhelmed. DIY, Dipping, Dripping, Attys, Batts, Carts, Cartos, I was lost.

But, I bookmarked this forum and every night I'd read a little. From here, I visited tons of online retailers and eventually settled on Blu and PremiumEcigarrete.com( there I posted a link hehe ) I chose them because they both had the 30 day money back guarantee. Premium was a cartomizer and Blu was a 3 piece design that thanks to the member, bandit, I figured could be a very good starting point for trying out e juice and refilling.

Thank you bandit. Your posts about Blu really helped me a great deal.

I ended up keeping both products. I like them both very much but for different reasons. With the Blu, Ive disassembled many of the used carts and refilled them with Johnson Creek e juice.

Now I'm looking at purchasing a 510, which seems to have a high satisfaction rating among the posters here.

So a few quick questions:

1) Am I right in believing that both the Yeti and the Titan are the exact same model?

2) If the above is true, then is deciding between the Yeti and Titan a matter of price and retailer reliability?

3) And if THAT is true, which of the two do you recommend or do i just go directly to Joye?

4) realizing that there is no "best" which ejuice companies have you found to have flavors that you enjoy and are most like the flavor they are emulating? Like the cherry tastes like cherry or the coffee taskes like coffee ( Ive found the johnson Creek flavors to be somewhat...lacking)

once again, thank you all for being here and being so helpful. Over the years, Ive been on many forums for many subjects and the flame wars that most threads would degenerate into were fairly common. That doesn't seem to be the case here at all. You all genuinely want to help others and it's appreciated greatly.

Thank you,

MrGrimme

3. Id just get an eGo really lol. I got mine from cignot but many retailers sell them or clones like the riva/hello - I recommend cignot cos of their customer service and excellent shipping times and they have never let me down even if they arent alway the cheapest (although their prices are good)

4. tasty vapor is popular for a reason, ditto DIY flavorshack, Ms Ts bakery, VS vapor and well the list goes on really lol. TV are great for strong flavors (atomic cinacide will blow your head off lol) as is DIYFS (fried spiced apples and blueberry cheesecake are 2 of my faves here) and vsvapor in my experience; vsvapor for example do a wonderful gourmet coffee flavor called cafe sumatra which is very nice. Ive also enjoyed flavors from other vendors, but they arent always as strong. I happen to like strong you can keep subtle lol.

Just want to say welcome to the best forum....bar none.....
As far as juice is concern,,,it is very much a personal taste...
A good exampe is a lot of people like RY4 (a sweet tobacco taste)
and I don't....but, that is me...The best way I started was to try
very small amounts of about 10-15 different flavors....maybe more...lol
After about 5 months at vaping and trying different stuff,,,,I am down
to about 5-6 different flavors and nic levels that I like...
It take time and a desire to excell in this.....Vaping is not easy for the
beginner....It wasn't for me,,,but now,,,I am pretty happy and completely
without any analogs (cigarettes),,,,,I can't even tell you the benefits this
new experience has given me....You will soon see it for yourself...
Again, Enjoy the Adventure...

I am fairly new here but was lucky when it comes to juice because another member suggested Tobacco Flavors and all of the 10 or more flavors that I have tried from them (including tobacco) taste exceptional to me.

I just placed an order with Vaporstation and what I really liked about them is that you can order a sampler of 10 different flavors in 3ml for $25.00. They get good reviews here and I like the fact that you can pick your own strength and flavor in their samplers.

Congratulations on the new baby girl. It says alot about you that you will give up such an addiction (cigs) for the new baby.

Good luck to you.

CaptJay has the right idea, get an Ego/Riva (personal preference is Riva). Battery life on those is great so you won't be recharging batteries every couple of hours.

For juice, vaporbomb.com hasn't let me down yet. I've tried about 10-15 of their flavors so far and every one of them has been spot on except the amaretto (made much better by addition of cream flavoring). Cinnabomb is just amazing and their watermelon is great. Mix cinnabomb with watermelon for a red hot kick with watermelon coolness. And their watermelon doesn't smell like medicine like another very popular vendor's does.

For speciality flavors, Ms. T's bakery essentials is good. Their Jelly flavors are good and most everyone loves their various baked good flavors.

Both of these vendors take extreme pride in their product and customer service as well.
