So I'm just starting out with the PV's, it's been 5 days since I've smoked an analog, not having withdrawls or anything, but I am feeling kind of strange, a little foggy, tightness in my chest, dry mouth and throat. So my question is, is this normal? Is it just from the effects of tobacco wearing off, body chemistry adjusting to all the toxins I'm not getting anymore?
Is this a common thing for all of you who quit?

I would appreciate any input concerning this, thanx all

Hey misfit!

I have tried quitting analogs cold turkey before, and have had the same symptoms. It's you body getting used to the lack of the chemicals from analogs that you were so used to.

It really sucks, but it does get better. Just like everyone else has said, LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER! It helps flush the toxins from your body and helps it heal.

Good luck!

I think you're experience withdrawal from all the other chemicals in an analogue. I felt a bit foggy headed myself; make sure you're drinking plenty of water - that seems to help with the dry/scratchy throat.

Agreed. I've been drinking water, green tea and cranberry juice, stuff that "flushes" your body out.

Btw great avatar, I LOVE Christina Hendricks.
