Having read a few comments regarding coughing.
I developed a bad chesty cough after quitting smoking for 45 years. I went to the doctor and they confirmed that this is perfectly normal as the lungs get sticky and are starting to clear all the crap out - takes 2 to 3 weeks. They were right as my cough has cleared up and I feel great.
vaping is the best solution as I packed up immediately with no cravings.
If you get a ticket cough, try reducing nicotine strength

Yep, system is cleaning itself. And, probably angry that it is not getting all the chemicals. My taste buds were worthless, too. That took a while. Smell will come and health will go up. I had labs/chest x-ray done and they have showed positive change.

I would just focus on getting needed nic. And a spare system just in case. Never want to have a reason to buy cigs.

Glad you are on a better path.

Greetings. I really loved smoking. My dad and grandad were cig smokers and pipe collectors. Eventually I was just smoking out of habit though and cigarettes have changed over the years, not that that is a good excuse, they just were not enjoyable to me anymore, and after smoking a pack a day since I was 17, for about 17 years, ifelt like crap at the end of the day. That's why I got into vaping, and I am so much more satisfied than I ever was smoking, wish I had got into vaping years ago. Give me those tasty luxurious clouds please :)
