Hello everyone,

I've been lurking around the forums and thought I'd drop by and say hello.

I've been a smoker for 27+ years and had my last cigarette on September 17th, 2013. There were a few reasons I gave up, the first is my 3 kids and hubby, I want to be here as long as possible. Also the price for a packet here is $27 for a pack of 40's. I was spending around $130 a week for something that made me cough at night and cough when I woke up. I've noticed in this short time, my cough has almost disappeared.

I have quite a few ego batteries, (too many), ce4's, evods, heaps of juice etc. I plan on ordering a few mini protanks as I've heard they're pretty good. Eventually I will step up and get a better batteries, but for now everything is working.

I still crave sometimes for a smoke, usually when I'm stressed, but I'm hoping in time that will pass.

I used to smoke 2 mg and so far are vaping 0 nic.

Thanks for listening and chat later.

I do have some Kanger mini protank IIs and so far I like them. I cleaned them out yesterday since I had some new juices I wanted to try.

$27 for a pack of smokes? I cant imagine..thats a lot of cash.

I bet the cravings will go away, especially if you have good juices - what I have is so much more flavorful compared to a raspy Camel filtered cigarette.

Welcome to ECF :)

Welcome to ECF!
..wondering whether 0 nic will satisfy you for long.. but every person is different :)

Good point, I got some 24mg stuff when I ordered my vape; that will last quite a while lol...its really strong stuff.

Everything else Ive picked up after has been lower and lower nic content..so, while I'm getting nicotine I'm also trying to cut back drastically on it too.

But compared to tobacco and all the stuff in that (over 4000 chemicals) nicotine/vaping is (in my opinion) not nearly as bad for you.

Tobacco plants leech heavy metals and all sorts of stuff out of the soil, and then folks smoke *that*...so no wonder its bad for a body.

I am just glad I found a means to cut out cigs but not get all antsy with craving nicotine for now.
