Signups don't start until April 1st, but I was looking at Vapebox the other day which also has options with accessories. Zamplebox is jucies only. Which isn't a bad deal, $24.99 for allegedly $60 worth.

I'm a member of Zamplebox, and it's great. They're adding the ability to choose a flavor profile next month I think, so you can avoid things you know you won't like. They guarantee 60 ml, but you usually get more, and some of the bottle you get are $20 on their own, so this is a great option for building up a stash.
