For those that are interested in more pics of an iTaste VV v3.0 with a nautilus Mini topper (without extra adornment), there is a 13:26 minute long video review of the nautilus Mini by RedHead Vapes on YouTube. It is easy to find under iTaste vv v3.0 reviews:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6dDfbyQOfug

The video quality isn't topnotch, and the reviewer hardly seems to be a professional (he's wearing just a white t-shirt), but you get to see the setup in action. It looks pretty good. The larger diameter, bulbous look of the Nautilus Mini on an iTaste vv is not bad at all. It's kind of cool looking, with an interesting, curved spot to put your button thumb or finger when not firing, if you so choose. The video review is positive, and the first one I've seen where these two devices are being used together. That is much more useful to me than watching a review with the tank mounted on a box mod or Provari. Vapor output is visibly less in comparison on the video review, but still plentiful, and I don't think the guy ever really got the wattage turned up all the way.

I have the itaste vv just got it yesterday and i have a Nautilus Aspire that I have had for over a month and i love the set up. I couldn't be much happier with the Nautilus it has worked consistantly well for me for over a month. I think it looks great on the itaste. It is top heavy but im not really sure how that really matters. Great combo in my opinion. I have had terrible luck with all kanger products. I have a ts3 that for some reason only works on one of my ego style batteries. It also leeks frequently. I would say that its just my having the misfortune of a bad one, but i also bought a pro tank 3 which also leaked and was returned for another one which than also leaked, so i returned it and got the Nautilus and have had no problems with leaking since.

I'm wondering about two things... When using as a pass-through, does the charging cord take the stress well? Does it wear out before long? Also, does anyone carry a car charger? Or as long as the specs are right, can I use a generic one? I've had my eye on the iTaste for a while. I don't know why, but buying new vape things causes such angst. lol It's crazy what I go through before I finally decide to just buy something and give it a try. TIA

I have both of what you've purchased and like them both. Depending on your budget, I would suggest you purchase a MVP for the full size nautilus and a smaller tank, be it a nautilus mini or another for the itaste vv. The smaller set up can be used when you travel, want something more discreet and to simply have a backup, I also suggest you buy a stainless steel tank for the nautilus, no matter how careful you are, eventually your tank will get broken. With the stainless tank on mine, it's as close to unbreakable as I can get it.

Welcome, I look forward to hearing more from you!

Hi, I'll be receiving both the iTaste VV v3 and Aspire Nautilus in the mail tomorrow! (hopefully).

Anyways, was wondering if there are any general tips or concerns? Also, been seeing some criticism of the nautilus, and wanted to know maybe some specifics as in cleaning it before use as well as steps for priming before my first vape.

Thanks in advance!

The one tip I'll give ya is don't tighten your tank on the vv V3 too much. I went through 3 of them before I figured it out. Just tighten until you feel a little resistance.

The iTaste v3 USB charging cable isn't all that durable. Mine have not failed me after several weeks of use, but very similar cables I've had for other devices have - and very quickly, mainly as regards the retractable cable ceasing to function. I use regular (off the shelf) car chargers with USB ports for charging my iTaste v3s with the cable that comes with them (as well as for nearly everything else I charge in my car). I've never had an issue doing that, though in my car the iTaste's charging cable is a little too short to charge and vape comfortably at the same time.

Aspire BVC General Coils (NOT For Nautilus/mini) 5 piece [8201V] - $10.00 : Aspire online shopping

There is a new Aspire BVC replacement head just out (in 1.6, 1.8 and 2.1 ohm options) that is built to fit non-Nautilus Aspire BDC using clearomizers and glassomizers (see link above). Which means, if you like the Mini Nautilus BVC performance on your iTaste, but want something with a smaller form factor, you now have that option. There is a new Aspire K1 glassomizer that the new Aspire BVC head fits, but the new head will also fit older style (non-Nautilus) BDC clearomizers like the ET, ET-S, etc. I wasn't thrilled with the size of a Mini Nautilus on my iTaste v3s (too top heavy), but I thought the performance of the BVC was very good (when set at a high enough voltage level), so I'll be checking out the new Aspire BVC heads soon.

The only real issue I'm having is which ohm resistance level heads to try out first. The 1.8 ohm BVC head in the Mini Nautilus was too voltage power hungry for my 800 ohm iTaste v3s, draining the batteries quicker than I preferred. 4.2 volts or more was necessary to get best performance out of the Nautilus BVC, otherwise performance was worse than many of my other toppers, like the Aspire ET-S or Kanger EVOD. Because of that, I just don't use my Mini Nautilus anymore. Instead, I'm pretty happy (though not fully satisfied) with my Innokin TDC iClear 16s, using 2.1 ohm heads and stainless steel CE4 style drip tips to cut down on the heat those things generate (while still providing pleasing enough vapor warmth and "feel").

If anyone here tries out the new Aspire BVC heads before I do, please report back on which ohm resistance level head(s) you used, along with how well you liked the Aspire BVC in general, as well as the viscosity (thickness) of the juice you used. I'm a high VG (distilled water diluted) e-liquid guy myself, so I'd like to know about performance with thicker juices in general. The Nautilus BVC and iClear 16 both wick high VG juices fairly well, so I'd not expect an issue, but this new head is not exactly the same as the old head. I've read one or two reviews on the new Aspire BVC head for BDC fitted Aspire devices, but they were not that informative when it comes to details like that. The vape was reportedly not the same as with a Nautilus BVC, but those reviewing seemed very pleased with the vape anyway.

I've tried and used most all clearo coils at this point in time. I really never "loved" any of them...... that is until the Aspire BVCs came along.

I'm using them (the non-Nautilus style) in a Billet Box and the performance is superb. I opted for the 2.1Ω. I'm using NiteLiteVapor which is 65/35 PG/VG. In answer to your other questions, I wasn't crazy about the BVCs, but I do find the new non-Nauti BVCs to be as good as the Nauti BVCs. The high VG experience and opinion, I do not have and cannot give.

Sorry, that should have been BDCs.

billy, I'm running them anywhere from 4.25 to 4.75, depending on the fiestiness of my mood. :) I most always adjust by taste, not numbers.

Something magical about that pic, sos. I love the way the light streaks across the drip tips!

I could wax about painstakingly setting that up, but it was just pure dumb luck with my company phone whilst my super duper android was taking it's turn on the surge protector.
